"Wonderful"
We really enjoyed the apartment, loved the convenient location, and especially appreciated the balcony. The bathroom, bedroom, lounge, and kitchen are all well-proportioned, creating a balanced and comfortable space. The strong shower pressure and the large mirror stand out as notable features. The television and sofa are just the right size, creating a cosy and inviting atmosphere. We would happily recommend it to anyone looking to book a stay.
What could be improved: That there was only one wine glass and no winter blankets.

"Very good place and very helpful Sascha :)"
It's very good place to stay! Location, is very convenient, the landlord (Sascha) is very helpful and supportive even being overseas. We had a fantastic stay and will gladly come again next year!
What could be improved: Its not a minus, but from the place where we should grab the keys to the place is 12 min walking. Probably is OK if you have no heavy bags with you.

"Very good"
The property is in an excellent location, close to all the necessities and the train station. It is clean and spacious, featuring a lovely balcony. We appreciated the welcome drinks, snacks, toiletries, and other thoughtful touches. The bathroom is well-equipped with everything you might need, and the lounge is generously sized. It has good lighting, a large TV, and a comfortable sofa. We would definitely recommend this place to others.
What could be improved: The oven could have instructions on how to use it, and oven gloves would be good.

"Good flat even though it’s a bit bare"
Good location clean modern too!
What could be improved: It was a bit sad in terms of kitchen equipment or bathroom, no cupboard staples really very minimal equipment, a couple of mugs?? Is it so hard to have coffee in the cupboard, mugs, cookware? The reason I’m staying there over a hotel is to be a bit more at home.

"Weekend stay, perfect in every way!"
We had an amazing weekend stay in Kingston, London! Our host was incredibly helpful and always available for contact it was great to know we could reach out whenever needed. The location was ideal - everything in Kingston was just a short walk away, making it super convenient. The place itself was lovely, tidy, and had plenty to offer. But what really made our stay special was the thoughtful touches - a lovely bottle of wine and a warm welcome message made us feel right at home. It was everything we could have asked for, and we will definitely be staying again. Highly recommend!
What could be improved: We absolutely loved the property! Everything was perfect, and we had no faults to report. The accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way. We'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Everything was fantastic! The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures — actually, even more beautiful in real life. The host was absolutely lovely and left us a warm welcome message on a whiteboard, which was such a thoughtful touch. The apartment was spotless and we were provided with everything we needed, including a hairdryer, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and more. There is no air conditioning, but the sun doesn’t shine directly into the apartment, so it stays quite cool. We just opened the windows, and it was perfectly comfortable. The building felt very safe and was quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. There’s also a Sainsbury’s just a 5-minute walk away — super convenient if you need to grab anything. Overall, a wonderful experience. I would definitely come back if I get the chance!

"Beautiful and comfortable flat"
The flat had a great location, 5min walk from the station and close to a supermarket and many restaurants. It also has a nice little balcony to enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning. It was very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen and the owners were incredibly helpful and nice!
