"This is a budget accomodation for London and in that price range it is really a very good deal."
Bads and bath were particularly clean, the rest of the property was clean as well: this makes a most important difference for an accomodation in the lower price class. The rides to London by bus and underground start nearby, are frequent and fast and the close shopping mall is a great resource. Availability of WiFi has been handy.
What could be improved: The kitchen was not much equipped and in particular lacking enough cutlery for all of us. The equipment was also not as well cleaned as the rest of the flat was. The toilet bowl had a broken screw, but the host reacted immediately and we didn't ask to replace immediately because this was no issue for a few days of staying. These are all minor issues which are easy to fix and should not downgrade the staying experience.

"Nice flat, good location"
Nice downstairs flat with parking and a garden with good links into London (20mins walk to tube). Brent Cross shopping centre 5 minutes walk. Ideal for 4, there were 6 of us so we took our own air beds and sleeping bags but this made it very good value for money. Owner replied to any queries quite quickly. would stay again
What could be improved: Toilet seat was broken and glass in one of the windows. No table to eat at inside as there was no room but could have done with some garden furniture outside instead. Didn’t really bother us though

"Pleasant stay with a few minor issues"
Everything was available as described in the listing. Host Steven was so helpful, patient, understanding and kind with the issues we had.
What could be improved: Sadly there was a few things we didn’t enjoy. In the listing, only 2 bedroom were mentioned so we assumed there would be a sofabed available as there was 5 of us. But there was no sofabed or any other place to sleep. We contacted the host who explained that there should be an airbed stored somewhere. We couldn’t find the airbed so the host kindly brought a new one for us upon request around 11pm. We are very grateful for that. Beds (double bed, 2 single beds) in both bedrooms were comfortable, airbed wasn’t the best but it was alright for a few nights. There was also an issue with the hot water but the host kindly came to check and fix it for us immediately. (the boiler pressure was low and he knew how to fix it). Thirdly (not a problem if there are 4 people sleeping in the 2 bedrooms) if you’re sleeping in the living room/kitchen, you will hear a lot of noise during the night and morning. This is because the fridge constantly has a humming noise, you’ll hear people upstairs walking and if people are taking a shower while you sleep, you will hear the water running very loudly for some reason. It’s very loud till the point where you won’t be able to sleep unless you’re in the bedrooms. This is to consider if you’re more than 4 people and if you’re woken up easily. The last thing is that between 5 people, only 3 towels were provided. Luckily we brought our towels otherwise we would’ve had to share towels which is unhygienic. We didn’t mention the last 2 issues to our host as we were able to manage but just something to consider if you’re looking to book this place.

"It was overall good but things could be improved a little."
nice location. Good space. Kitchen. Garden. Convenience store nearby a little bit expensive. BrentCross shopping centre near by. Parking available. Wifi. TV with YouTube and Netflix.
What could be improved: one of the bins not emptied. Hair from previous occupants still discoverable here and there. Not a single toilet paper or hand wash in the beginning of the trip. it’s a good thing we brought our own otherwise it could have been a problem. Dryer has clothes in it from before and we couldn’t dry our clothes.

What could be improved: Serious refurbishments required, toilet seat broken, some tiles broken in the bathroom, overall status of property quite poor; shortage of chairs and cutlery. Lack of privacy as the shed in the garden can also be let.

The house is very well equipped and had a lovely garden to the rear of the property to enjoy. Convient to a great shopping mal with excellent range of shops. Very comfortable and clean.
