Boutique Studio near Regent’s Park n10
First Impressions
Boutique Studio near Regent’s Park n10 sits on a quiet residential street in Camden that honestly feels more like Hampstead than what most people expect from this part of London. The building itself is classic Victorian — red brick, tall windows, the kind of place where you’d expect to find a literary agent or architect living upstairs. It’s one of those addresses that makes you feel like you’ve stumbled onto something locals would prefer to keep secret.
The Space
This four-star studio is exactly what it says on the tin, but done really well. The room manages to feel spacious despite being compact — there’s something about the high ceilings and those big windows that tricks your eye. The kitchenette is actually functional (I mean, you could cook a proper meal here if you wanted), and the whole space has that effortless modern-meets-period-features thing going on. You know what I like? They’ve kept the original floorboards but added underfloor heating, so it’s cozy without being stuffy.
Location Magic
Here’s where this place really shines — you’re literally a five-minute walk from Regent’s Park, but on a street so quiet you’ll wonder if you’re still in Zone 2. Swiss Cottage tube station is closer than you’d think, and there’s this brilliant little parade of shops on Finchley Road that includes a proper fishmonger and a café that does excellent flat whites. The locals here walk their dogs to Primrose Hill, and you can too — it’s about fifteen minutes through the park.
Neighborhood Feel
What struck me most was how residential everything feels around here. You’ve got families pushing prams, people actually talking to their neighbors, that sort of thing. There’s a fantastic Lebanese restaurant called Maroush just down on Edgware Road (about a ten-minute walk), and if you head toward Camden Market, you’ll find yourself in completely different territory — tourists and street food and that whole scene. But here on Adamson Road, it’s like you’re staying in someone’s guest flat rather than a hotel.
Why Guests Love It
The 8.4 rating makes complete sense when you experience the place. It’s not trying to be flashy or impress you with fancy amenities — there’s no spa or concierge or any of that. Instead, it gives you exactly what you need: a beautifully designed space, proper coffee-making facilities, reliable Wi-Fi, and a location that lets you live like a Londoner for a few days. The parking situation is actually manageable too, which is saying something for this part of town. Most guests seem to love that they can walk to central London through the park, but also escape back to somewhere that feels genuinely peaceful.
