"Excellent location and cosy home to stay"
Clean, comfortable and the perfect place to stay, with amazing location. Short 10min walk to Kilburn underground, 5min walk to overground and 15min walk to Kilburn Park Underground. Loads of places to eat even till late night just outside the house. Perfect for family stay or a group even. The host is extremely nice and very polite. Got in touch and gave clear instructions for check in and out. Available on call or text for any emergency. Really nice bloke.

It had everything we needed and the guy who owns it was lovely nothing was to much and keeper in touch from beginning of our stay to the end aswell

"A great option for a holiday with the family"
The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood, but close to bus stops, railway station West Hampstead Thamslink (it is very convenient if you are travelling from Gatwick Airport), underground and overgraund stations. The owner of the apartment Kris was very kind and helpful with any questions we had, in particular he was very helpful with prolonging our check out. There is a lovely cafe nearby "Rose's Cafe & Bistro" where you can order a lovely English style breakfast.
What could be improved: I can't point out any negative aspects of my stay in the apartment, the area is quiet and safe, suitable for holidays with family. Everything corresponds to what is stated in the description. It might be worth lowering the price a bit, but that's another matter.

Close location to Central London, landmarks. Very spacious apartment for London, good value for the money. Easy check in. Everything in the apartment was thought of - sugar, soap, some basic food even, toilet papers, towels, even washing powder and cleaning supplies, heather.

The host was very kind and supportive. It was possible to align flexible check-in/checkout times. The location is very well connected to other London parts (Tuve, overground, buses, train). There are a lot of small shops and restaurants around. The apartment was big enough to comfortably host a family of 2 kids and 2 adults. The Internet was fast and stable.

"Comfy apartment in Kilburn."
The space is very confortable, the bed super cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped, the apartment also had some supplies such oil or sugar. We were 4 adults, but it could fit 8 to 10 people. It's a 5 minutes walk from the underground. Supermarkets and places to eat near the apartment. The communication with Kas, the owner was great.
What could be improved: Everything was OK.

Comfortable double bed. Plenty of space for a family of four. A 5 minute walk to Kilburn Underground Station on Jubilee Line, so easy access by Tube to central London, and on bus route to Paddington Railway Station.
