I’ll be honest — when I first looked up Luxury standard flats in Central London, ideal for tourists, I was a bit confused by the name versus the actual location. This unique boutique hotel without official star rating sits on Greenford Road in Northolt, which is definitely not Central London, but that’s actually part of what makes it interesting. The building has this modern residential feel that immediately tells you this isn’t your typical hotel experience.
Location Reality Check
Look, Northolt isn’t going to fool anyone into thinking they’re in Covent Garden, but here’s what I learned during my stay — sometimes being slightly outside the action works in your favor. You’re about 30 minutes by tube to central London, and honestly, the Piccadilly line connection makes it pretty straightforward. What you lose in walking distance to Big Ben, you gain in actual parking availability and prices that won’t make your wallet weep.
The Apartment Experience
The apartment setup is where this place really shines, and I mean that. You get a proper living space with a functional kitchenette — not just some mini-fridge situation, but an actual place where you can make breakfast or heat up leftovers from that Indian place down the street. The room layout feels more like you’re staying in a friend’s flat than a hotel, which some people love and others find a bit impersonal.
Practical Comforts
The furnishings are modern and clean, though not particularly memorable — think IKEA meets corporate housing. What I actually appreciated was how quiet everything was, especially compared to some of the busier London hotels I’ve stayed in. The Wi-Fi works properly, there’s decent storage space, and the bathroom has good water pressure, which sounds boring but matters when you’re dealing with London’s typically temperamental plumbing.
Why Guests Love It
After spending a few nights here, I get why this place has its fans. It’s not trying to be fancy or Instagram-perfect — it’s just solid, functional accommodation that gives you space to spread out. If you’re the type who likes having a base to return to rather than a hotel experience itself, and you don’t mind being a bit outside the tourist bubble, this setup actually makes a lot of sense. The 4.2 rating feels about right — it’s good at what it does, even if what it does is pretty specific.

Bedsheet and blanket was also used one it was not neat and clean.

"NO WAY OF MAKING TEA. BRING YOUR OWN KETTLE."
It was nice and clean, tidy flat.
What could be improved: No kettle, cutlery, no cups, no glasses, no pans or pots, no way of making tea whatsoever. You get access to 2 kitchens which are all absolutely empty. Don't mind not having cooking stuff. But TEA???? really no kettle?

"Booking.com is a website with a lot of misery"
just pictures on the ads...reality was cruel and disappointed...communication with host was difficult, we spending half hour trying to get a message about entrance codes, and answers how we can solve issues found it inside, and was a lot...We choose to leave the property and search again and, hopefully we found a MIRACOL...a hotel who was like Wonderland, and for same price..
What could be improved: entire room and building was off heating, cleaning off as well because we found our bed sheet dirty and host excuses was awful and late..no TV, I found one in our room but not working and was stored on top of small wardrobe...some blanket and spare sheet was dropped inside the wardrobe, room was very cold and probably a cell in a prison can offer more comfort and coziest bond...NEVER CHOOSE this location again...

What could be improved: Was given a wrong flat number to start with. Facilities were basic. Extremely loud residents.
Not any problem solving despite giving feedback. Questions were ignored.

The flat was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable — exactly as shown in the photos. Check-in was smooth, and the host was friendly and responsive. The location in Northolt was peaceful, yet it was easy to get into Central London. I’ll would happily recommend it to family and friends!
What could be improved: Nothing major – everything met or exceeded expectations. If I had to mention one thing, maybe just a few more kitchen essentials e.g. microwave, kettle and cooking pans.

"I gone return! Highly recommended the studio was as described in the advertising."
Lovely place for students as the location it’s very close to GBS campus good connection with the bus .Very quiet and SAFE and privacy .The bedding was clean, the kitchen and bathroom also but I had to disinfect all the areas. But for me was perfect I went to shop I bought bleach and cleaning clothes and I have tidy up bit.Lovely place definitely I will return next week

I felt badly
Beddings are not cleared. Hair particles are on the and bedsheets are so smelly , There is no kitchen amenities even glass, . Toilets not cleaned. There was so.many hygiene issues. We booked for four days but didn't stay even one.
