The entrance has that understated elegance you’d expect from a designer property, without being intimidatingly posh.
The Space Itself
The apartment layout is what really sets this place apart — two proper bedrooms and two full bathrooms means you’re not fighting over mirror time or sleeping on a sofa bed. The designer clearly knew what they were doing; everything flows naturally from the living area to the compact but fully equipped kitchen. I mean, you’ve got proper counter space and appliances that actually work, which isn’t always a given in London rentals. The whole place feels bright and airy, with those oversized windows that let in way more light than you’d expect.
Location Benefits
Here’s what I love about this spot — you can walk to Tower Bridge in about five minutes, but you’re not dealing with the constant stream of tour groups outside your window. The neighborhood has that authentic London residential feel, with proper pubs where locals actually drink and small shops that aren’t just selling “I Heart London” t-shirts. You’re also surprisingly well-connected to the rest of the city; the tube stations are manageable walking distance, and getting to areas like Shoreditch or the City is pretty straightforward.
Practical Considerations
The two-bathroom setup is honestly a game-changer if you’re traveling with friends or family — no awkward morning routines or waiting around. Each bedroom feels properly sized, not like those cramped hotel rooms where you’re bumping into furniture every time you turn around. The living area gives you somewhere to actually relax in the evenings, maybe cook something simple instead of eating out every single meal (which your wallet will appreciate in London).

"A wonderful hidden gem in London."
Large enough for a family of four.

Very close to Waitrose supermarket.
There is a concierge office at the gate of the compound that can assist you with receiving online orders.
What could be improved: It’s a somewhat long walk inside the compound to reach the main gate, where you can take a taxi or Uber to continue your journey, or start the 15-minute walk to the metro station.
For check-in, you have to walk 15 minutes to the off-license shop to collect the key, and you’ll need to do the same for check-out.

sorted. Waitrose and St Katherine Dock in easy walking distance.Excellent place.
What could be improved: Would have liked Freeview TV,but out in evenings so not a big problem.

"Wonderful, clean, safe area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND."
Absolutely WONDERFUL property. Extremely clean, the building is BRAND NEW. Like there’s still a bow on the door kind of brand new. The beds were comfortably, and the building was extremely quiet despite construction with cranes on the adjacent lot. Like we didn’t hear a single noise from that until we opened the front door to leave. There’s a coffee shop on site, as well as a pizzeria, wine bar, and a sainsburys around the corner. The apartment is very large with two large bathrooms, and all the amenities we could need. Right by the docks and all the restaurants if you just walk through the property next door it’s easy to get to. And close to the Tower of London if that’s your jam. The tube is right there too at the tower.
What could be improved: Getting the key was a bit of a hassle. It’s kept at a store about 0.5 miles away (1 mile round trip), which is on a street that Taxis can’t drive down during certain hours. I didn’t mind the walk to get it since my spouse was with us and he sat at the coffee shop while I went on a lovely walk, but sometimes I travel just my young daughter and I, and that would have been a hassle to walk that far with three large suitcases and a child. It would be easier if it was just a changing door code to get in, or the key was kept closer.

"Modern, comfortable, family friendly flat near the Tower of London!"
New, modern, and very comfortable flat in one of my favorite parts of London! Clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The flat had everything we needed (including air conditioning) which was glorious on a warm London afternoon! The landscaping and water features around the property made it seem less “city like” and was very peaceful. Located in a very safe location, with a Waitrose Grocery Store 5 minutes walk away. The London Docks are a family friendly, vibrant part of the city… close to transport links, historical sites, shopping, and dining. Communication with the owner was prompt, courteous, and helpful. Any questions we had or answered promptly, and the welcome packet had all of the information we needed. Will definitely be back… Thank you so much for a fabulous stay!
What could be improved: The property is so new, that GPS directions are not accurate. You MUST follow the directions/photos sent to you EXACTLY. Certainly not the owner’s fault, just be aware that it may take a few extra minutes to find exactly where you are going. One quick text, and we were sent additional instructions… The owner was very helpful and responsive.

The whole experience was great. I loved the fact that the location was quiet but perfect for being able to access most of London with the underground station being less than 10 minutes walk away.
The apartment itself was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed.
Communication was excellent and everything went very smoothly.

"Stunning Apartment"
This place was stunning! The pictures really don't serve it the justice it deserves. The host was absolutely lovely and very accommodating and made our stay outstanding. If you're looking for peace and tranquillity, this is definitely the spot. You have waitrose, which is a 5-minute walk, and tower bridge was a 10-minute walk. Absolute gem of a place. Honestly, I can't fault it. I would 100% stay here again ☺️

"Appartement de standing au calme a 5 min à pied des st katharine docks"
Appartement neuf dans une résidence de standing, très calme, lits comfortables.
La proximité des St Katharine docks a 5 min à pied est très appréciable.
What could be improved: Aller chercher les clés et les ramener à 10 min à pied.
Être prévenue 1/2h avant de partir de chez moi qu’il n’y avait plus de papier toilette et qu’on serait approvisionné le lendemain.

"Ein wunderbares Apartment in ausgezeichneter Lage"
Das Apartment ist ausgezeichnet. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern, geschmackvoll und auch überaus funtional.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, Bus, Underground und Hop-on - Hop-off - Busse sind gut erreichbar. Es gibt auch sehr nette Restaurants innerhalb von 5 - 7 Minuten Geshzeit zu erreichen
What could be improved: Im Vorraum wäre ein Kleiderständer oder Wandhaken sehr hilfreich
