Overview
First Impressions
The Luxury 2-Bedroom London Apartment, Near Liverpool Street, Balcony, Free Parking sits tucked away on a quiet residential street in London’s E4 area — honestly, you wouldn’t expect to find such a polished place here. I mean, the neighborhood feels more suburban than central, but that’s actually part of its charm. The building itself is modern and well-maintained, with secure entry that immediately puts you at ease.
The Space
Walking into this four-star apartment feels like stepping into someone’s stylishly curated home rather than typical tourist accommodation. The open-plan living area flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen — and I’m talking proper appliances here, not the usual hotel kitchenette nonsense. Both bedrooms are genuinely spacious (rare for London, trust me), with quality bedding that actually lets you sleep in without feeling like you’re on a thin mattress.
The Balcony Advantage
You know what really sets this place apart? That balcony they mention isn’t just a token outdoor space — it’s actually large enough for morning coffee or evening drinks. During my stay, I found myself out there most evenings, watching the neighborhood wind down. It’s surprisingly peaceful, especially considering you’re still technically in London’s sprawl.
Location Reality Check
Let’s be honest about the location — “Near Liverpool Street” is a bit generous. You’re looking at about 20-25 minutes to get into central London, but the transport links are solid once you figure them out. The real win here is the parking situation — finding free parking anywhere in London is like striking gold. There’s a decent Tesco nearby for groceries, and the local pub actually serves surprisingly good food (the fish and chips are proper).
Why Guests Love It
This place works because it gives you genuine London living without the central London headaches. The 9.2 rating makes sense when you consider what you’re getting — a proper two-bedroom setup where you can actually spread out and live normally. Families especially seem to love having the space and that kitchen for breakfast prep. Sure, you’ll spend a bit more time on transport, but you’ll sleep better and wake up feeling like you’ve got a real base in the city rather than just another hotel room.

"Very good"
Nice clean, well sized apartment comfy beds and really well situated for the train into central London. There is a Tesco just around the corner and a few shops and takeaways. As a mum travelling with two children we all felt safe in the area when walking back from the station or shops after dark. Would recommend and stay there again.

"My friends and I stayed for three nights and it was perfect for a first time trip to London."
Everything was perfect comfortable beds and great location for shops around us and a train station near by.
What could be improved: The sofa was very hard but that was the only issue found

"Great location with a fun little neighborhood."
The location was good, and the size of the apartment was perfect. It had everything I needed and was a comfortable place to stay.
What could be improved: The couch was unfortunately very uncomfortable, and the next door neighbor’s dog barked at all hours of the night on the porch.

"Weekend Break May 2025"
Fantastic locations, within walking distance to the train station, close to the supermarket, local coffee shops and places to eat. Felt very secure, roomy apartment, super comfy beds, great to have teas and coffees and bottled water in the apartment. Other neighbours close by, but once inside in the apartment it was quiet and couldn't hear anything from the other flats. Great communication from the owner.
What could be improved: Great to have a balcony, however it would have been nice to have a table and chairs to sit out. Was overlooked by other flats, but that didn't bother us.

"Very nice apartment…..BUT!!"
It’s a very nice apartment in a very good location. Very quiet with extremely comfortable beds.
What could be improved: If you are renting this apartment you must insist on meet and greet. It is very complicated to gain entry to the premises. You definitely need someone to meet you to run through the entry arrangements.
The ‘Disabled Friendly’ logo needs to be removed
This apartment would not be good for a disabled person, particularly the shower which has a slippery base and nothing to hold on to.
Lacking in cooking utensils. No ironing board or iron. No broom, no dustpan and brush,
no scissors, no tin opener, no colander, not enough saucepans.
No comfortable seating at all in the lounge area. The settee is as hard as a park bench.
