"It's a great location and a great apartment but it could improve the service."
The location is just the best. The apartment is comfortable and has enough space for 5 people.
What could be improved: The sofa bed is not comfortable enough for a person to sleep. It would have been nice to have some basics for cooking like oil, vinegar, tea towels, paper towels and a few coffee capsules.

Location is excellent to train, buses and eateries. Apartment is a lovely size and would be great with a few improvements to add to the luxury.
What could be improved: Property has a very noisy 24 hour ventilation system that penetrates through the bedrooms/bathrooms and hall way a drone like sound and vibration to walls. On longer than a day or two night stays very tiring and trying. Staff say it is normal but the system Nuaire should run very quietly. I have lodged a complaint and hopefully the landlord will act. Also false advertising there is no view only housing opposite and garbage bins. It is a ground floor apartment with a lot passing foot and car traffic especially at weekends when the lovely market area is in full swing. The noise is fine but only heavy drapes. Be lovely if the landlord put in lace /blinds to allow privacy and light during day. It has heated towel racks in bathroom but a hand towel hook and toilet dispenser would make life more comfortable. I write this as positive feedback to improve the place not to put others off staying. The place is nice and roomy but fix the noise.
