Overview
First Impressions
The Luxury Apartment Chelsea- Fulham sits on a quiet stretch of Moore Park Road, and honestly, you’d walk right past it if you weren’t looking for it — which is exactly what makes it special. This four-star property doesn’t scream for attention like some London hotels do, but once you step inside, you realize that’s the whole point. The building has that understated elegance that makes you feel like you’re staying at a friend’s really nice place rather than just another tourist apartment.
The Space Itself
What struck me most was how the room actually feels like a proper home base. You get a full kitchen setup — not some sad mini-fridge situation — which means you can actually prepare decent meals if you want to skip the London restaurant scene for a night. The space is thoughtfully laid out too, with enough room to spread out your stuff without everything feeling cluttered. I mean, after a long day walking around the city, having somewhere to properly unwind makes all the difference.
Location Perks
Here’s what locals know that most tourists don’t — this part of Hammersmith and Fulham is perfectly positioned between Chelsea’s polish and Fulham’s more relaxed vibe. You’re close enough to hop on the District line at Parsons Green (about a 10-minute walk), but far enough from the tourist crowds that you can actually breathe. The nearby pubs along New Kings Road are where actual Londoners hang out, not just people taking selfies with their fish and chips.
Practical Touches
The parking situation is actually manageable here, which anyone who’s driven in London will tell you is basically a miracle. But honestly, you probably won’t need a car much — the bus connections are solid, and there’s something nice about walking through the residential streets to get to the main areas. The property management is responsive too, which matters when you’re dealing with the inevitable questions that come up during a longer stay.
Why Guests Love It
Look, this isn’t the kind of place where you’ll find a fancy spa or a Michelin-starred restaurant downstairs — and that’s fine. What you get instead is a genuine sense of living in London rather than just visiting it. The 8.7 rating makes sense because it delivers on the basics really well: comfortable space, good location, reliable WiFi, and the kind of quiet that lets you actually sleep at night. It’s the sort of place you’d book again without thinking twice about it.
Locals suggest to book apartments in London around South Bank for riverside dining, market stops, and easy city crossings.

"Great Appartment for a family"
The apartment is very nice—comfortable, spacious, clean and modernly furnished with great amenities. You’ll find everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk to Fulham Broadway station, and there are also nearby bus stops. You can easily reach the main attractions using just one bus or underground train. There are plenty of dining options, and local supermarkets like Aldi and Sainsbury's are very close. We read in the reviews about issues with the water and taking a shower and we were a bit worried; however, we didn’t encounter any problems. There was plenty of water, and even our children were able to use the shower without any issues.
We are very pleased that we chose to stay here and highly recommend it.
What could be improved: There are a few things to keep in mind when booking this apartment. While they weren’t an issue for us, it’s worth mentioning:
The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and the stairs are narrow, which might be challenging for elderly individuals, small children, or anyone with heavy luggage.
If you are sensitive to light while sleeping, a sleep mask could be helpful.
Depending on your tolerance for noise, be aware that airplanes fly overhead approximately every 40 seconds on some days.

"Excellent location, friendly and helpful."
The apartment is easy access to the Tube. Dean, the Manager in the Pub below, was very helpful and pleasant, as were the staff. When we had an issue, it was resolved quickly. The apartment is pleasant and they have made it more welcoming with the dried flower arrangements.
What could be improved: The stairs are steep for carrying suitcases up and down, though they carried our bags up for us.

"Nice place"
The location is very convenient and very close to Fulham Broadway tube station.
We enjoyed our stay, the apartment is spacious, clean, well furnished.
Despite being attached to a pub, the area was very quiet.
Check in and check out procedure was very smooth.
What could be improved: The fan in the living room was too noisy and if you have a big and heavy luggage, keep in mind that you have to climb a few staircases to reach the door which is quite difficult if your bags are heavy.

"Comfortable spacious apartment with good kitchen and laundry"
Lovely apartment, very comfortable, very spacious and great location. Pretty views of rooftops from the windows. Good kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Check-in was easy and we picked up the key with no problem at all from the pub just below.
What could be improved: It was extremely hot in London when we were there. No accomodation in the UK really copes well in the heat. In any other weather the apartment was perfect.
The stairs are steep which was fine for us but other less nimble travellers might struggle. The benefit was being high up which meant good views.

"Suited our requirements"
Location is great
What could be improved: Fans were provided and we were grateful for them but the one in the living room was very noisy!

"Clean, new apartment near Fulham Broadway"
I recently stayed at this apartment in London and had a wonderful experience. The apartment itself was very nice and clean, with almost everything being new. The kitchen was good, although it lacked some essential tools. The location is fantastic, just a couple of blocks from Fulham Broadway station, making it very convenient for getting around the city. One unique aspect is that you have to enter the apartment through the back door of a restaurant, which was a bit unusual but didn't detract from the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in London.

"Perfectly positioned for easy access to the city"
Perfectly positioned for our excursions into the city, nice and quiet area not too much noise, even though we were above a pub.
What could be improved: Only slight issue we had was the water pressure, the hot water was intermittent, one minute it was hot and then it went cold.
