Spacious, clean, great washing machine and microwave. Well located to large supermarket and station.
What could be improved: Bathroom fan was a bit noisey, bedrooms could have had curtains and mind your step at hallway.

"Satisfied with the accommodation"
The apartment was comfortable and equipped with all the essentials for a pleasant 5-day stay for me and my family. The house is located on a quiet street, away from the hustle and bustle of Brixton traffic. The apartment’s garden is a bonus if the weather allows you to enjoy some time there with a coffee or tea. Communication with the host was good.
What could be improved: The cleanliness of the apartment could have been at a higher level. A few small things, such as the hair dryer and the plug adapter, were not working. The bathtub drain got clogged on the first day, so we had to unclog it ourselves. However, this did not spoil the overall impression.

What could be improved: The fact that you couldn't actually watch TV, but there's too much to do in London, so watching TV is not necessary.

"Great place for four people — I’ll definitely be back"
The host was very nice and very responsive! Provided all the necessary instructions and kept a kind and polite communication.
The location is very easily accessible by tube. The property itself is well-kept, tidy, and has a cosy interior.
The beds and pillows are super comfortable!
When I’m back in London I’ll definitely be checking if this place if available! :D
What could be improved: The bathroom wasn’t very clean, and I also noticed a bit of spider web in one of the rooms.
The window in one of the rooms didn’t open.

Nice place not far from the underground and shops. Clean and equipped with practically everything you need in a lodging.
What could be improved: A little worn out and the bathroom fan was noisy.

"I really enjoyed my stay and will stay there again."
The property was very clean inside, the availability of plates and cutlery was really nice. The bedroom were nice, only the bed with the black frame was a little small and short, so my kids legs were hanging out of the rail. The other bedroom the bed was so comfortable. The couch really looked so nice , but it has started sinking in, and if you sit for so long , your back will hurt. Overall, I was really impressed with the house and will stay again when I visit London again. The other thing that there is a door that leads to the basement, I feel that door should be locked for if any child stays there, out of curiosity may open the door and go down and they may get hurt. The host was always in touch to see how we were doing. My family who visited were really impressed with the place and kept saying it was so clean. It was close to a lot of shopping and eating places, very quite at night, so we slept well. Overall it exceeded my expectations and I will stay there again. Thanks a lot C for your great hosting, communication and flexibility, it was highly appreciated. I really enjoyed my stay.😃😃.
What could be improved: Just making the backyard a little cleaner. The chairs are so old we could not sit on it and the plants were so over grown and not trimmed. It did not help that the house next to it , the back yard was nicely done , and you could sit out all day. Also the bell needs to be replaced for it was not working and unfortunately they kept bothering the neighbor upstairs. They ended knocking on the window for us to know they were outside. Overall I will still give the property an A rating.
