"Amazing apartment and great location"
After been let down last minute on original apartment we found this place and was so glad we did as it was amazing, perfect for what we needed it for, great for a gig at the 02 and close to underground so great location. Apartment was clean, spacious and modern and host Vanessa was very helpful, would definitely stay again.

"Felt like staying in my forever apartment!"
It had everything you need. Perfect cozy flat. Every inch of the space is utilized properly and designed perfectly. It was spaciously comfortable for our 6 person group! I excitedly just want to pack to place up to take back to Philadelphia with me so I can move in it forever! The natural sunlight was magnificent. Looking out the window to the river of lily pads and sitting outside or inside while I had my quiet time with Jesus was amazing! I highly recommend and will definitely be looking to stay again if I visit London as it was easily accessible to an easy to navigate metro and fun life in London. We requested an additional key and were accommodated expeditiously!
What could be improved: No complaints. The features like sink plug and washing machine were London specific so it took a while to figure how to use them but that’s not the property owners fault.

"Great location, good service and clean rooms!"
The rooms were clean and comfy, keys were easy to collect and the host answered promptly when we have questions! Location is also great as it is only a short walk from the o2 and station.
What could be improved: The showers were quite awkward to use, although the host was helpful when we had questions about this. The paint was also quite chipped, making it look a little uncared for, but there wasn’t really anything wrong with them once you got it working.

Booked this apartment last minute due to the apartment I had originally booked having to cancel 2 days before arrival in London. The communications with the host was good, especially as I wasn't actually going to be there to stay. Booked it for my 2 adult sons to stay for 2 nights from Cornwall a they had tickets at The 02 to see James Blunt. The accommodation was very clean & comfortable, with everything there that they needed for their stay. Location was about 15 min walk from The 02 & tube station. Parking was available if needed & all instructions were easy to follow. Would definitely recommend & would book again if ever needed for The 02

It was very close to the O2 which was great but that was bout it.
What could be improved: Firstly the patio door would not shut in the bedroom ending up with my partner having to sleep on the sofa as it was so cold, the owner did come the next day to try and fix it, but couldn’t, so yet again my partner ended up on the sofa, we checked out and that was the last we heard about that!! The bed in the other bedroom was broke and my other daughter ended up booking another hotel as she was sinking through the slats. The keypads on the doors of the rooms were unclear and after an hour on the phone to the owner and buying a new battery, to which we were not reimbursed with, this did get sorted. The property is a little unkempt and could do with a good paint and upgrade but served the purpose. Since we have been home we have had a fine even though we were told by the owner we could park in bay 83 and obtained an e permit with proof from concierge, we are now battling an appeal for a parking fine for a bay that we were told to park in and obtained the e permit the way we were told. So please be aware of this when you park. Also we have since contacted the property via watts app to ask for some sort of compensation from this stay to be told that they would contact the owner but have had no reply. Please be aware when booking this property

"Für unsere Reise war diese Unterkunft der perfekte Ausgangspunkt."
Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos. Die Wohnung ist schön, groß und mit man hat eine tolle Aussicht auf den Park vom Balkon aus. Für uns war es die perfekte Wohnung - kurze Wege zu Bekannten und auch eine schnelle Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz.
What could be improved: Die Dusche könnte ein Update brauchen: der Duschkopf produziert feinsten Nebel in alle Richtungen ;-) Ansonsten gibt es nichts großes auszusetzen.
