Overview
First Impressions
Earls Court Chic Flat in Prime Location sits on a quiet stretch of Coleherne Road, and honestly, the address tells you everything you need to know about what you’re getting into. This apartment occupies one of those gorgeous Victorian buildings that make you slow down just to admire the architecture — you know, the kind with the pristine white facade and those impossibly perfect window boxes that somehow never look overdone.
The Space Itself
Step inside and you’ll find what I’d call thoughtfully modern touches that don’t fight with the building’s original character. The room feels considerably more spacious than most London accommodations I’ve stayed in, which is saying something given how precious space is in London. There’s this nice balance between contemporary comfort and respecting the period features — the kind of place where you can actually spread out your stuff without playing Tetris with your luggage.
Location Perks
What really works here is how you’re positioned between two worlds. You’ve got the cultural pull of South Kensington’s museums just a pleasant walk north, while Earls Court Road runs right nearby with its mix of casual eateries and that slightly eclectic vibe the area’s known for. The tube connections are solid too — Earls Court station gets you pretty much anywhere you need to go without the usual London transport headaches.
The Neighborhood Reality
Kensington and Chelsea sounds intimidating pricewise, but this pocket of it feels more lived-in than stuffy. You’ll find a proper mix of locals doing their daily thing alongside visitors, which I actually prefer to those areas that feel like tourist theme parks. There’s decent coffee within a two-minute walk, and the streets feel safe for evening strolls — something I always notice when I’m figuring out a new area.
Why Guests Love It
The 9.6 rating makes sense once you’ve been here. It’s that combination of getting genuine four-star quality without the stuffiness that sometimes comes with higher-end London stays. People seem to appreciate having actual space to breathe, plus there’s something satisfying about staying somewhere that feels like a proper London address rather than just another hotel room. The flat delivers on that “living like a local” experience without sacrificing the comfort level most travelers want after a long day of exploring the city.

"This is a gem of a short term rental for the family and trip to London."
The property is exceptionally maintained and decorated to perfection. It is a 7 minute walk from Earls Court tube station in which there are great bakeries, pubs, and mini marts for all your needs. This flat is beautifully decorated and everything is as pictured and worked as promised. The communication with the owner was always fast!
What could be improved: There are no complaints; I would definitely book this again.

"Great house"
Great house. I would recommend it. Ricky was attentive to my messages at all times and helped us with a lot of information.
What could be improved: In one of the 2 bedrooms the big closet had no shelves or drawers inside, only hangers, so it was impossible to put certain clothes from the suitcase. Some wooden shelves and/or drawers would be appreciated, like there was in the other bedroom, to place underwear, jumpers, t-shirts, etc.

"Everything you need for a memorable London stay."
Excellent opportunity to have a little “live in a London neighborhood” experience instead of a hotel. Well appointed flat with everything thought out for guests in advance. Small grocery nearby if you want to cook. Pub and restaurant choices if you don’t. 5-10 minute walk to Underground Tube stop with easy access to most all points of interest. 2 bedroom/ 2 full baths allow privacy and pleasant time for 2 couples. Beautiful garden access off both bedrooms. Excellent and fast response communication with Hosts leading up to and during stay.
