I could get to Oxford Street in about 20 minutes, but more importantly, I could escape back to this quiet residential area when the tourist crowds got overwhelming. There’s a decent Sainsbury’s nearby for groceries, and honestly, the neighborhood feels properly lived-in rather than touristy.

"Lovely comfortable apartment and location. The kids (teen and young adult) gave it a thumbs up."
The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean and spacious. Lot's of thoughts have gone into ensuring you have a comfortable stay. Despite the last minute key instruction issue Viv and Nits communicate with us and that was reassuring.
What could be improved: The key collection could be a little more straight forward. Although I found this to be a Booking.com issuse.. It's a little bit of a headache. Instruction for key collection or access need to be provided promptly so you don't have to worry on the day of arrival.

"Fantastic stay !!"
I had a fantastic experience at this property. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Host was extremely friendly, they came to meet and greet during check-in. I especially appreciated the smooth check-in/check-out process and the quiet, relaxing environment. Property location was perfect—close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport and walk-able distance to Westfield Stratford shopping mall. Would definitely stay here again!

"Exceptional"
We booked this apartment last minute for our family with 2 young children. The host was prompt in responding to our check in request even though it was late in the evening. Our checkin was seamless as instructions were explained very well over the phone. The apartment is conveniently located close to Stratford High street and underground station. Heading to Central London is easy. The apartment was spotless clean with complimentary tea/coffees. The parking was secure and we felt very safe even late in the night. WIFi was fast and TV streaming worked well. Beds were comfortable to sleep. We would definitely return to this apartment on our next visit to London.

"Comfortable stay"
Booked at short notice so was lucky to find this place available which I suspect because its new to the platform. Only stayed for one night but it was delightful, great location, clean and the check in was easy as the parking was a definite big bonus. Location ideal for anyone travelling into the city as the Elizabeth line is only a short walk. I normally use another property for short stays but will definitely be back here. I'd give this a 10.0 but as I only stayed for 1 night I felt a 9.0 was justified.
What could be improved: Nothing at all of note.

Great location.10 mins walk to Stratford Station/Westfield Shopping Centre Even just across the roads theres local stores and cafes. Big house, spacious bathroom. Big kitchen and has a backyard garden Big secure parking space. Also house is on the ground floor which is major plus point when bringing my elderly parents with me. And host Nit and Vik are accomodative and responsive.

The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, with great communication throughout. The place was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space itself felt open and welcoming perfect for both adults and kids. The location is ideal easy to get to, with great access to local amenities, but also quiet enough to properly relax. It’s a really family friendly our little one felt totally at home there. Parking was simple and felt very secure, which gave us peace of mind throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend and happily return a great stay all round! Thanks guys

"Great location in London, clean apartment"
Perfect for staying in London! We were on a short trip and wanted a place that was only a short tube ride from central London. As we were traveling with a kid, we preferred an apartment with a kitchen instead of a hotel room. Location is the best part - just a short walk to the Stratford station and direct tube to London. This property is very spacious, completely furnished and comes with a secured parking as well as a garden to relax or play in, and the weather being sunny made it perfect WIFI was fast. The bed was comfortable and clean. Parking was secure, easy to find and didn't need any pre-booking. Hosts were quick to respond to queries and requests and went above and beyond our expectations.

"Excellent Value for money and wonderfully helpful hosts."
Great location for Westfield and Abba Voyage and ok for central London once trains were worked out. Collecting keys from the local shop was a good idea and as we had to get milk this was very handy. Hosts went above and beyond to help us with the details of our stay which we greatly appreciated.
What could be improved: TV had a couple of power surges whilst we were visiting and we had to re-set. A pint of fresh or even UHT milk on arrival would have been useful and some good Tea bags like Yorkshire.
