"Would book again, great value and bonus of fabulous restaurant underneath makes a 10/10 trip"
Fabulous location, clean and warm and such comfy beds. Everything we needed was there! Our host met us at apartment and was so helpful and kind. We had a fantastic meal in Mio just downstairs which was a huge bonus, super food and incredible staff.

"A good locations for our needs"
I liked the location. It was close to many of the things we were attending. The bathroom was spacious and newly renovated, and I was grateful for the washer/dryer.
What could be improved: There wasn’t enough towels, and toilet paper. We were only staying two nights, so we managed, but a longer stay would have been problematic. Also, the area leading up to the property, including the hallway and the three flights of stairs, needs some repair work.

"Good location but needs some TLC"
Apartment was clean. Location was good. The owner left milk and muffins which was a lovely touch. Close to a mini supermarket and several places to eat. 10 minute walk to tube station. Beds were comfortable and the sofa beds were also pretty comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked in terms of pans, plates glasses etc.
What could be improved: Whist the apartment was clean it needed some general TLC. There was not enough bedding for the sofa beds and we had no hot water on the first day. Although the hot water situation was dealt with very quickly by the owner

If you're looking for stay in central London - this is the place. Very convenient location with lots of sightseeing places next door, and also a street full of cafes and a groceries shop just downstairs. Apartment has everything you might need for your stay.
What could be improved: It's noisy downstairs, so if you're not used to that make sure you get the bedroom with inside windows, otherwise you might skip sleep. There was a strong smell of paint in the apartment that was very unpleasant and caused headache. In general, apartments doesn't seem to be very well maintained (e.g. TV was almost falling from the wall and not working).
