What could be improved: No milk provided with the tea and coffee.. I mean why give me tea, coffee, sugar but no milk!! That's either a massive oversight or a cost cutting exercise I appreciate the security, but its hard to enter the codes when you've had a drink! Lift is hard to operate Rainfall shower could be hotter Netflix stuck in Dutch mode

Space , modern , clean and secure once in the building .
What could be improved: Just location second stay and area isn’t great as a single woman felt abit vulnerable however once in felt very secure and was nice and quiet .
