London Choice Apartments – Mayfair – Piccadilly
First Impressions
London Choice Apartments – Mayfair – Piccadilly sits right on Albemarle Street, and honestly, you can’t get much more central than this. The moment you step out, you’re basically in the heart of London‘s most elegant neighborhood — I mean, this is proper Mayfair we’re talking about. The building itself has that classic London charm, but inside it’s been updated to feel fresh and modern without losing its character.
The Perfect Mayfair Address
What really struck me about staying here is how walkable everything becomes. You’re literally a three-minute stroll from Bond Street tube station, which makes getting anywhere in London ridiculously easy. But honestly, you might not even need the tube much — Green Park is right there for morning walks, and you can actually walk to Oxford Street, Regent Street, or even Piccadilly Circus in about ten minutes. The Royal Academy of Arts is practically next door, and I found myself popping into Fortnum & Mason more often than my budget probably appreciated.
The Apartment Experience
These aren’t your typical hotel rooms — each apartment comes with a proper kitchenette, which was honestly a game-changer for me. Being able to make coffee exactly how I like it in the morning, or grab some gorgeous ingredients from the nearby Borough Market and actually cook them — well, it made the whole stay feel less touristy and more like I was actually living in London for a while. The room I had was surprisingly spacious for central London, with big windows that let in loads of natural light.
Daily Life and Amenities
The four-star rating feels just right — it’s polished and comfortable without being stuffy. There’s no fancy restaurant on-site, but you know what? You don’t need one when you’re surrounded by some of London’s best dining options. The staff genuinely knows the area and gave me recommendations I never would have found on my own. Parking in Mayfair is always going to be a challenge, but they can arrange something if you really need to drive — though I’d honestly recommend just using the excellent public transport connections instead.
Why Guests Love It
The thing that keeps people coming back here is that perfect balance — you get the independence of having your own space with a kitchen and proper living area, but you’re still in the absolute center of everything that makes London exciting. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels around this area, and most of them either cost twice as much or stick you in a tiny room where you can barely open your suitcase. Here, you actually have space to breathe, and that Albemarle Street location means you’re close enough to walk to most of London’s major attractions, but tucked away on a quieter street so you can actually get some sleep at night.
