Overview
First Impressions
The Loft apartment with skyline views of Canary Wharf is one of those finds that makes you feel like you’ve discovered something special in London. Honestly, calling it a unique boutique hotel without official star rating doesn’t quite capture what this place is — it’s more like staying in a friend’s incredibly well-positioned loft who happens to have killer views. The moment you step inside, you realize this isn’t your typical hotel experience.
Location & Neighborhood
Here’s what I love about the Lewisham location — you’re far enough from central London to avoid the tourist chaos, but the transport links actually work in your favor. New Cross Gate station is practically around the corner, and you can be in London Bridge in about 15 minutes. The neighborhood has this authentic South London vibe that most visitors never experience, with proper local pubs and that slightly gritty charm that makes London feel real rather than sanitized.
The Space
The apartment itself is what sold me on this place. You get genuine living space rather than a cramped hotel room, and the skyline views of Canary Wharf are honestly spectacular — especially at night when those towers light up the horizon. The kitchen is properly equipped, which means you can actually cook if you want to (or just make decent coffee in the morning). It’s got that industrial loft feel without being cold or uncomfortable.
What Makes It Work
I mean, let’s be honest — this isn’t five-star service with someone folding your towels into swans. What you get instead is independence and space to actually live rather than just sleep. The windows are massive, so you wake up to natural light and those views, and there’s enough room to spread out your stuff without feeling like you’re camping in a shoebox. The whole setup feels more like temporarily living in London rather than just visiting it.
Why Guests Love It
You know what really works here? It’s perfect for people who want to experience London like a local rather than a tourist. The views give you that “wow” factor you want to share on social media, but the location keeps you connected to real London life. Plus, parking is actually manageable in this area if you’re driving — something you definitely can’t say about most London accommodations. It’s not flawless, but it offers something different that you won’t find in standard hotel chains.

"Perfect apartment for a London city trip."
Great view on the London skyline. Apartment was equipped with everything for eating and cooking. The train station is only about 300m away and you're at London Bridge with only one stop. In only 1/2 hour, your're in the centre of Greenwich by foot. When visiting London again, we would rent this again.
As mentioned in earlier comments, the stairs are not for old people and there is no escalator. For the next renovation round, a pull-out couch and a wider bed might improve the comfort a lot.

"Great location, spacious apartment"
Great location and flexible, attentive owner. Brilliant pizza place next door, and pub across the road, right round the corner from the train station. Comfy beds
What could be improved: It isn't great if you have mobility issues it's on the top floor. It does make for great views

"Good"
Excellent view from the balcony window. Apartment was good and practical furnished.
What could be improved: Too many stairs to go to the apartment. Missing clothes dryer. Kitchen area was not very clean.

"Lovely apartment, close to train connections but lots of stairs."
Brilliant location- close to train station and then one stop from London Bridge to connect to practically anywhere! Brilliant views and quiet from the busy street below. Used the pizza takeout next door too.
What could be improved: There wasn’t a dish towel to dry the dishes other than this the apartment was perfect for our stay.
The stairs were particularly challenging after the marathon but completely manageable.

"In general it's good, but if you have children or the elderly it's not good because there are many stairs to cli"
The apartment is comfortable, but the single bed is in the same room as the couple.
What could be improved: The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has no intercom And not even an elevator

"Good value for the money, SUPERB location"
The location is GREAT!!!
The neighborhood seems a bit sketchy but it is really well connected!!! 5min walk and you’re on the train station with several connections to London! From there to London Bridge, just 2 stops in 15 mins!
The view of Canary Wharf was amazing!
What could be improved: The beds were a bit uncomfortable but that’s it

"For sure I will come back again if I visit London next time <3"
I love the interior design of this stay! So modern and conducive to stay. I stay for 5 nights here and everything is well-equipped, the room is so spacious and large, we have three travellers here and we enjoyed every corner of the apartment. The utensils in the Kitchen, heater and bathroom tools are complete. The view outside in the morning is so charming :)
What could be improved: The stairs go up is so tiring, be careful if you have large luggages and watch your steps. The sink in the bathroom need to be upgraded as it is too shallow, water always flow out and make the floor very wet.

"Amazing view"
Great apartment, and the views are amazing! Host is very responsive to messages. I’ve already booked again in few months time.

"Would stay there again if place was a bit cleaner. LOVED the view and the location was manageable with its distance from"
Great location! Two train stations close by and lots of buses so can be in CBD within 30 min.
Convenient to have the washing machine. Beautiful view! Radiators worked well to heat up the place. Owners were responsive to messages. A reasonable price for its location and how spacious the place was.
What could be improved: The floor wasn’t swept when we arrived and the kitchen benches could have been cleaner. The sink in the bathroom didn’t drain very well. The double bed was a bit lumpy (to be honest that didn’t affect my sleep thankfully!). Keep in mind you have to walk up flights of stairs to reach the apartment on the top floor, may be a problem for some.

"Very good"
