Overview
First Impressions
Ladbroke Grove Station -Stunning, Stylish Brand new apartment caught me completely off guard — I mean, I’ve stayed in plenty of London flats, but this four-star place actually lives up to its bold name. Walking into this freshly renovated apartment on Ladbroke Grove, you immediately notice the attention to detail. Everything feels crisp and thoughtfully chosen, from the modern fixtures to the way natural light fills the space.
The Space Itself
The room layouts here are honestly impressive for London standards — you’re not dealing with those cramped quarters that plague so many city stays. The open-plan design makes the most of every square foot, and the brand-new furnishings have that satisfying feeling of being the first to use something properly cared for. The kitchen is actually functional too, which matters if you’re staying more than a night or two and want to grab groceries from the nearby Tesco Metro.
Location Perks
You know what’s brilliant about this spot? Ladbroke Grove Station is literally right there — I’m talking about a two-minute walk to the Hammersmith & City line. But here’s the thing locals know: you’re also perfectly positioned between Notting Hill’s charm and the more authentic, less touristy vibe of North Kensington. Portobello Road market is an easy stroll when you want that classic London experience, but you can also duck into the Caribbean social club scene that makes this area genuinely special.
Practical Matters
The 8.9 rating makes sense once you settle in — it’s those little things that add up. The WiFi actually works properly (crucial if you’re working remotely), and the shower pressure is surprisingly decent for London. Parking can be tricky around here like anywhere in the city, but honestly, with the tube access, you probably won’t need a car anyway. The building feels secure without being overly fussy, and the flat stays quiet despite being on a fairly busy street.
Why Guests Love It
What really sets this place apart is how it strikes that balance between feeling like a proper London neighborhood experience and having all the modern comforts you actually want. You’re not staying in some generic hotel — you’re living in Kensington and Chelsea, even if it’s the grittier, more interesting end of the borough. The combination of genuinely stylish interiors, that unbeatable transport access, and being surrounded by proper London life rather than just tourist attractions makes this worth booking. Plus, when everything’s brand new like this, you know you’re getting the place at its absolute best.

"Superb"
Great apartment. Great location. Just a short walk from the iconic Notting Hill – perfect for cozy morning strolls, colourful houses, and of course, a visit to the lively Portobello Road Market.
With Ladbroke Grove station as our neighbor, we had easy access to the Circle and Hammersmith & City lines, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient.
The area itself has a relaxed, local vibe, with small cafés, vintage shops, and green spaces nearby. It felt like a calm base, yet still close to everything you come to London to experience.

"This apartment is spacious and was an ideal meeting place for family."
Great location. Great facilities. Next door to Ladbroke Grove tube station. Clean and modern. Great view of the Main Street.
What could be improved: Some slight noise from the Main Street (nothing major). Didn’t spoil my sleep.

"A spacious, beautiful and relaxing place to stay for a trip to London"
The apartment was modern, clean, comfortable and beautifully styled. The living and dining area was spacious and a good area for a family to watch TV and for the children to play with toys.
The bathroom was very clean and newly renovated. Beds were very comfortable and well presented.
The apartment is also so close to Ladbroke Tube Station that it made it so easy to travel to different parts of London each day.
Facilities inside the apartment were clean and new. Having a washing machine and dryer was a life saver with small children. Definitely made the trip a lot easier.
The owners were lovely and very responsive to any queries.
What could be improved: The location is on a main road so some nights the traffic was really loud with some emergency vehicles driving through.

Great condition, new and spotless clean, early check-in granted.
What could be improved: Key pickup and return from nearby shop is not the most comfortable.

"Very nice"
I loved the location. The pillows and beds were really comfortable. Nice bathroom too and the kitchen is fully equipped. We had a few questions about heating etc, they’re very quick to reply to emails when contacted. Very helpful. We loved having a dish washer and a washing machine in the apartment.
What could be improved: The hot water went out the second day and there was no way to put it back on without contacting a plumber. Unfortunately we only had ice cold water in the shower and sinks for our last two days of the stay. Be aware of that. The apartment was clean besides the floor having some sticky spots where it hadn’t been mopped. The location is great but it’s very loud at night, we solved that by playing white noise and wearing ear plugs.

"Londra vicino a Portobello Road"
