"Excellent location, price and host; would stay with again"
excellent location, the host was very communicative and gave clear directions on how to enter the property, all facilities were clean and tidy
What could be improved: Only place of improvement would be that the door requires a key to enter and lock the door from the inside, and we only got one key. As a group of friends going to a convention and doing out own thing on some days, we had to organise swapping the key around a lot. Perhaps a lock box or a coded entry would make this simpler for groups like ours. Allowing the door to lock/unlock from the inside without the key would also help.

"A very enjoyable stay in a well-appointed apartment."
Modern apartment situated on the ground floor, easily accessible location. The host was helpful and welcoming. All the rooms were clean and well-presented. The kitchen includes all the facilities you might need for a short stay. Similarly, the bathroom was spacious and it had a bath with a detachable showerhead, Excellent location close to Abbey Wood rail station and a range of shops nearby including Sainsbury supermarket catering for all needs.
What could be improved: There were just a few relatively minor issues that could be easily fixed. The electric razor point in the bathroom did not work, possibly a loose power connection. The bedroom door handle became detached when I opened the door. An impressive wide-screen TV that only appeared to be tuned into a restricted range of channels, mostly children's animated cartoons. It defied all my attempts to search for mainstream TV programmes.

"Good for what it is."
The proximity to the station was great and the space felt big and airy.
What could be improved: There was a lack of communication regarding check in and check out procedures - I had to ask how to work the doors rather than being provided instructions and also no confirmation of check out - I just text to say where I had left the key.

"Superb"
The location was excellent for transport links and a large Sainsbury just 1 min walk for your shopping. The appointment was clean and had everything you needed. The lady who greeted us on arrival was lovely and welcoming. 😊
What could be improved: Parking is pot luck for on streets nearby but the owner did say they are hoping to get permits for guests in the near future and we did find a secure car park only 5/10 mins walk away.

"Fab location and great place to stay!"
The location was fantastic and all the amenities were great. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
What could be improved: The heaters in the living room we couldn’t figure out so it was a little cold in there but that was the only negative!

"Good but could be better with some upgrading"
The location was ideal, just a two minute walk from the train station. Easy access to the Elizabeth Line and the tube. The apartment was clean and tidy, very fresh just cleaned smell. Ideal size for 4 adults. All in one kitchen/diner/sitting room was well equipped with everything you need. Two bedrooms and a bathroom with an over bath shower had plenty of room.
What could be improved: I didn't like that the apartment was in need of some repairs and decorating. There were visible signs of wear and tear throughout the apartment. The whole place was in need of a fresh coat of paint to cover the scuffs and scratches. The radiator in the larger bedroom room nearly fell off the wall, it needed to be fixed and secured properly. We had to find some screwdrivers to fix the hanging pole in the wardrobe before we could hang up clothes. The front door needed a new lock as this one was difficult to open. Every time we went out we couldn't use the Yale lock because we didn't have a key, property owner said it always sticks so you're better off not using it. The second lock needed to have the key jiggled until it fell in the correct position to unlock the door.

"Good place and good location"
The location was very good, just a few steps from the metro and train station. The apartment was big, fully equipped and pretty clean. There is also a big supermarket in the other side of the street. Heating is very easy to use and comfy. I will consider it again when I come back to London. The price was very convenient.
What could be improved: The communication with the host hasn’t been exactly easy. Before departing I asked him to get two keys cause we were in a group and we needed two keys in case we split up. He didn’t give us two keys at check in, we needed to ask him again but he cooperated and gave us the second key the following day. The building wasn’t very inviting though, there was a lot of dirt outside and a big mountain of trash bags waiting to be collected by operators. The neighborhood is well connected to the city but it’s pretty far from the center and there is not much to do and to eat. You need to take metro to find some restaurants. Sofa bed isn’t much comfortable but still decent if your stay isn’t too long.
