"The stay was great and we were very happy."
The location was central to all the shops, restaurants and station.
What could be improved: We tried to operate the water temperature in the bathroom (shower) but it was warm to cold and not hot. When we use the sink and kitchen taps, they dispensed hot water.

"Great flat in West Kensington"
Great location and comfortable space. Well equipped with main appliances. The beds were comfortable. Our unit was on the first floor so we had to carry our bags up. Instructions were very clear so it helped to get settled in. 5 min walk to nearest tube station and plenty of little shops nearby.
What could be improved: Heating kept fluctuating during our stay - couldn't get it to come on when needed or stop when too hot. Would also appreciate if we were given some toiletries like soap and shampoo, and tea towels for the kitchen.

"It was a normal stay and nothing out of the ordinary."
It is a surprisingly quiet area for London and has everything you need…tube station, bus stop, supermarket, Cafés and restaurants. The flat was clean and everything you needed was there. The contact with the landlord was very good and the information they provided was very helpful and comprehensive. Please note that the photos for this flat show 2 different flats. We stayed at Gunterstone road.
What could be improved: Immaculate is a bit of an exaggeration. The flat looks a little worn out and the beds are very narrow for 2 adults (app. 1,30 cm). The house is not really soundproofed. The bedroom with the metal is the quietest and in the other bedroom, I would recommend earplugs.

What could be improved: Actual condition of the apartment is different from what was shown in the listing. Heater covers that cannot be properly fixed and have screws coming out, and many other small issues that give the apartment an overall poor and neglected appearance.

"Beautiful property, had an awesome stay. Definitely became well rested after!"
The property was very easy to find. I love how great it smells when we entered the room, shows that the hosts have cleaned and sanitized before our stay. All lines and towels are clean, as well as the furniture. The bed was so comfortable we had amazing sleep. All in all, it was homey and comfortable. Would definitely book again in the future!

Location was good and the kitchen was generally well established. Wifi worked well.
What could be improved: Maintenance and cleaning remaining a lot to be improved. Window locks were not functioning correctly on several windows, chair was broken, ants were crawling around the space, heating worked but needs explanation on how to use the system, cleaning in many areas was very poor and quite dirty. Bedrooms are very small.

"Ant infestation and poor service"
What could be improved: There was an ant infestation and no baby crib (which we had paid for in advance). That put our baby in danger (had to sleep in between us) and because of the ant infestation we couldn't put him on the ground. We asked to deliver the crib, which they did, but didn't do anything for the ants. Overall the place was dirty and not service was very hard to get a hold of.
