The parking situation is typical London — challenging and expensive — so I’d recommend sticking to public transport anyway.

"Great stay ,great host ,great location."
The location was fantastic, and the apartment was very spacious. The appliances provided were more than enough for our needs. It was a great place to stay overall. The only downside was that there was no built-in air conditioning, but they did provide a fan and a portable air conditioner, which helped keep the place comfortable.
What could be improved: It’s a busy street area so there’s a bit noise at night and Just the weather we were there during summer.

"Would rent again!"
Location was excellent. Room clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Any problems we had was resolved quickly. Only real negative was we needed adaptors for all electronics.

Safety of the property. Accessibility to all establishments and cleanliness of the property. Perfect for our family.
What could be improved: We just struggled bringing our luggages up as they dont have a lift.

Everything is brand new, we must have been some of the first guests. The price we paid for a family of four in such a central location was unbeatable.
What could be improved: Quite noisy at night - on a busy road frequented by boys racing their supercars late at night and you could hear the people upstairs moving around and scraping their furniture on the hard floors.

Location was perfect and staff was very responsive. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed.
What could be improved: Restaurant next door is very loud late into the am on the weekends.

- great communication and fast responses from the supporting team

- Good size of flats as I rent 2 flats
- easy electronic system of entry for both building and flats
- secure building
- Clean services were super as I got 1 chance of cleaning during my stay
What could be improved: - the heating system in one of the flats (flat 4) was terrible and bad experince as it should work in cold weather even the water was too cold in the morning. So, the poiler not working well as it always requires services.
- the beds need good mattresses
- there is no elevator so for old people and travel bags need high attention

the location was good near to the harrods, the keys were easy used by the phone.
What could be improved: The AC and there is no elevator

THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST.
ACCOMODATION GOOD JUST MISSED COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES.
What could be improved: NO TOILETRIES. NO AIRCON, ALTHOUGH THEY BOUGHT A PORTABLE AIRCON.

"Superb"
Super spacious apartment. It feels newly renovated. Very clean and well furnished. Good size for 4 girlfriends. Well equipped kitchen, washing machine is a plus. Great location to get around London. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores for food and supplies.
What could be improved: The bed, the bed, the bed! The mattresses are awfully soft! It's a shame that the beds did not make the stay at this wonderful apartment perfect! Could have been a 10 rating if not for the beds
