The kitchen is actually functional — I mean, you could cook a real meal here if you wanted to, with decent counter space and appliances that aren’t just for show.

Great location and near all amenities. Flat was clean and tidy and well equipped with everything .
What could be improved: Sofa bed is not comfortable at all and should be replaced . Also charged an extra £500 deposit which was unexpected as had already paid for the apartment .

Very well finished property and clean
What could be improved: Fabulous Bosch dishwasher, but nothing to put in it! Only 2 mugs, 3 plates (one chipped). Loads of cupboards in kitchen, but lack of things in them. Parking is the downfall. Couldn’t get on drive one evening as one of the guests had about 5 cars on the drive. Had to park some way away, which is not great when you have a bad back. Contacted owners to complain and they told me where I can access garage key. They should have done that in the first place!

Fairly convent to tube stations
What could be improved: Inability to get quick response from mgt at check; did provide several items such as hangers & toilet paper for apartment as little was provided. Problem with noise from other guests in other units 4/6 at 2 am; staff did not respond to address until 7am.
There were no outlets in the bathroom for hairdryers, flat irons. No chair in bedroom since you had to use those outlets to dry hair, etc.

"Overall a pleasant stay."
The properties living space was spacious for three adults. Even though there is some distance to London, the apartment is located close (5 min walk) to Grange Hill station and buses.
What could be improved: Unfortunately it's not suitable for three adults. The sofa bed is just springs very little padding, therefore our adult son, did not sleep well for seven days. The sofa bed maybe suitable for little children. We had some issues at the beginning of our stay, but were rectified very quickly, staff were easy to contact. As we had the bottom floor apartment, unfortunately you do hear chairs being dragged across the floor from upstairs.

The cleanliness and facilities were fabulous. Definitely reccommend and would stay again for the same price. Just a shame couldn't stay longer
