"Would definitely recommend"
Excellent location and great views - this is a well furnished and comfortable stay
What could be improved: There was a problem with the hot water while we were there however this was just a temporary problem and they were excellent in dealing with the issue as best as they could. Key pick up is slightly complicated and could be more user friendly but this is only a minor issue

Everything was wonderful. The pillows were chamged after I asked upon seeing some reviews of them being in bad state. The market across the street and the whole lo al area all modern living in London. Overall it was excellent.

"Good Location"
The flat was spacious and comfortable. Location is great as close to Battersea Power Station,park and tube station. As our son and family live in Nine Elms it was only a five minutes walk to their flat.
What could be improved: Pick up point for keys no where near to flat. We thought keynest near Battersea Park would have been better & easier to get too.

"Not happy with check in/out but everything else was good"
Location was great for us and property was very spacious and comfortable
What could be improved: I did not like that you had to travel to a different location to get the key and then drop it back there on check out. We had a long journey there and as a group, to travel to the key location was very difficult, as our flight was early we also had to counter in the time to drop back the key which is not in walking distance when you have suitcases and bags this is not ideal.

Great location, very convenient to all scenic spots by bus or underground easily. The room is so big and clean, we can cook by ourselves. Good choice in London!
What could be improved: The address of the key is not correct, it made me pick twice, especially I was quite strange to London.

The local area was nice, good shops and amenities The flat was large and spacious Shampoo & conditioner included.
What could be improved: Lots of scuffs on the walls throughout the property Couch and a dining chair was damaged Coffee machine didnt work, toaster dirty and broken. No tea, coffee or washing up liquid/sponge included. Bed in second bedroom squeaked and dipped in the middle. Key collection / Return was from a shop that was 10 min away, with two big bags was awful

The view was good. The flat was spacious and clean.
What could be improved: The access was through a 3rd party shop forcing me to make an unexpected detour before checking in and another one to be able to check out. There was a foul smell in the main bedroom. The beds mattressea were small and not comfortable at all. The secondary bathroom sink was clogged. Almost all the curtains were missing the adjustment cable.
