"Superb"
Ramona kindly accommodated us by keeping our luggage for several days prior to our stay and letting us keep it there until afternoon the day of checkout. She responded to any of our needs and questions promptly and was very helpful offering solutions. The location was amazing next to Kew gardens southwestern rail to get into the city and close to Richmond which was lovely to explore. We were in the Francis house in a 2 bed 2 bath. Apartment was very safe in a gated complex and the cleaner we interacted with was diligent. We slept very well and enjoyed the apartment thoroughly! Check out was easy and put the key through the door mailbox.
What could be improved: The check in was a bit difficult but worked out fine as I called Ramona.

"Fabulous location, lovely flat"
The location is great, near to lots of transport, Kew gardens and local facilities. The flat is spacious, clean and quiet. There is very secure parking on site. Ideal for our requirements, we would stay again.
What could be improved: Nothing - the owner was quick to address any questions or issues. However a mirror close to a plug socket for hair drying would be useful.

The location of the property was perfect! It was a quick 20 minute walk to the train station with many shops and cafes along the way. The property itself was very clean and modern looking. It was very secured with multiple points of entry that required a key to get in. The apartment itself was spectacular. It was spacious and clean. The bathrooms were stunning with plentiful mirrors. The host was great in communicating with us and ensured we had a great stay.!

Excellent location, car parking facilities (though paid for), easy access to nearby shops and transport.
What could be improved: We couldn't find the hair dryer. This was fed back to the hosts as we had been told there should be one in the nightstand. We were reassured that it would be looked into. There was only one teatowel in the kitchen, could have kept a couple to be able to wash and use.
