"Big, Bright and great location."
The flat was large, bright and conveniently located.
What could be improved: The hallway and elevator smelled terrible. The pillows were stained.

"Things turned out well because the owners bent over backwards to be helpful. Notting Hill was buzzing and I would book a"
The owners were very helpful, efficient and friendly. We hadn’t received instructions on getting keys and assumed we should meet someone at the property - this turned out not to be the case. I phoned the owner who drove across London to let us in and give us keys. A problem with the loo was dealt with quickly on a Sunday. The apartment is light and welcoming, well equipped and perfectly placed in Notting Hill.
What could be improved: The bed settee is really hard - but this was discussed with the owner and he will have remedied it before the next visitors need to use it. The bed is a memory foam mattress - too hot for me.

"We Loved our stay, would highly recommend"
Perfect location- only about 10 minute walk to Nothing Hill gate underground station. Apartment clean, well-equipped. Three restaurants across the road. A late-opening Sainsbury’s a few minutes walk away. Portobello Road market only a few minutes walk away. Lovely terrace- would be perfect during the summer
What could be improved: Found the key nest location very easily- as our flight arrived after 7 so we couldn’t be there for 3-5 check-in. With my daughter on Google maps we found the property quite easily and gained access , but there was no apartment number on the bunch of keys and tried ringing the owner several times but no answer so we had to knock on several doors before finding the apartment!. Also the heater wasn’t working in the bedroom and the sitting room but we didn’t mind as the one in the kitchen was working and this was sufficient for us

Very nice appartment. Perfect location in Notting Hill with public transfer , nice restaurants and shopping close by! The apartment was very comfortable, quiet and nicely furnished. We didn’t miss anything! The highlight is a nice balcony which was perfect as it was very hot during our stay in London. A special thank you to Joie the landlady who was very courteous and helpful! We will come back!

Very good location, in a peaceful and beatiful area. The apartment was clean, well equipped, we couldn’t hear noise from a street. Public communication (bus) is just few steps away. Elevator in the building is a good feature after long day of city visiting.
What could be improved: There was missing key information about the apartment - flat number, but we got it from the owner quite quickly.

What could be improved: Unfortunately Booking.com did not supply correct information on how to collect the keys...after numerous phone calls, the owner, who was abroad at the time, called me back, he was very helpful and gave me instructions. These should have been supplied by Booking.com, it took us almost an hour to get into the property. But once in...we was very pleased with the apartment, it was clean, spacious and a great location.

Located in the heart of Notting Hill, surrounded by shops and restaurants and just a short walk from Portobello Road. We chose this property for its lovely little terrace, perfect for enjoying some time outdoors.
What could be improved: Collecting the keys it is not very convenient , especially with luggage and kids, since the pick-up point was two blocks away from the apartment. Upon arrival, the corridor and the elevator had a constant smell of cat urine, which was unpleasant. Thankfully, once inside the apartment, there was no smell and it felt much nicer. That said, the cleanliness was not up to my standards. We had to wash everything before use, and the kitchen drawers looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The toilet flush in the bathroom kept coming apart every time it was used and needs repair. The sofa in the living room was uncomfortable for sleeping, as it sagged in the middle. The apartment was also quite noisy in the room as its face the front of the building and almost every night the alarm from the building opposite went off for more than 40 minutes. The coffee machine was unusable unless we bought our own capsules, as the ones provided were the wrong size. In the bathroom, several light bulbs were broken, leaving it very dim. Overall, I think the apartment needs a thorough deep cleaning, both inside and in the common areas, as well as some basic maintenance and updates to make it more comfortable.
