First Impressions
Walking up to Georgiana’s Guesthouse on a quiet residential street in Fulham, you’d honestly never guess you’re about to step into one of London’s highest-rated boutique stays. The Victorian townhouse looks charming enough from the outside, but it’s what’s inside that really caught me off guard. This four-star guesthouse has managed something pretty remarkable — it feels like staying at a well-traveled friend’s place, if that friend happened to have impeccable taste and serious attention to detail.
The Room Experience
Each room here tells its own story, and I mean that literally — they’re all individually designed with vintage finds and carefully chosen artwork. My space had this gorgeous antique writing desk by the window (perfect for morning coffee and planning the day) and the most comfortable bed I’ve encountered in years. The bathrooms are surprisingly spacious for London standards, with rainfall showers that actually have proper water pressure — you know how rare that can be in older buildings.
Location Perks
Here’s what I love about this spot in Fulham — you’re tucked away from the tourist chaos but still incredibly well-connected. Parsons Green tube station is maybe a seven-minute walk, and from there you can reach central London in about 20 minutes. But honestly, the neighborhood itself is worth exploring. There’s this fantastic farmers market on Saturdays, and some genuinely good pubs within easy walking distance that locals actually frequent.
The Personal Touch
What sets Georgiana’s apart is how the staff remember the little things. They’ll actually chat with you about what you’re planning to see, and their recommendations are spot-on — none of that generic tourist trap nonsense. The breakfast situation is particularly well done, served in this lovely conservatory-style dining area. It’s not a huge buffet spread, but everything they do offer is really well-sourced and properly made.
Why Guests Love It
I think the 9.9 rating speaks for itself, but after staying here, I get it completely. It’s that rare combination of being professionally run but never feeling impersonal. You’re staying somewhere that feels authentically London — in a real neighborhood where people live and work — but with all the comfort and service you want from a quality hotel. Plus, there’s something refreshing about a place that’s confident enough in what it offers that it doesn’t need to oversell itself with flashy amenities or over-the-top marketing.

"The best way to feel at home is to experience Georgiana 's Guest House"
Georgiana's Guest house is an experience. Not only the house is very nice and comfortable, the Christmas decoration is amazing, the breakfast is fabulous, but it is the first time that I experience such a warm atmosphere. Georgiana is the most welcoming person I have ever met in any B&B.

"Exceptional"
We stayed at Georgiana's guesthouse in late October, and it was an amazing experience! Everything was excellent - from the room service and cleanliness to the breakfast, interior design, lovely terrace and so many other details. We were truly impressed by the level of hospitality, which is hard to find anywhere else. We would definitely stay with Georgiana again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in London.

"Perfect Stay in Fulham"
I stayed just one night at Georgiana’s B&B in Fulham, and somehow left feeling like I’d spent the whole weekend with old friends. The room was cozy, breakfast the next morning was delicious and filling, and the hosts even let me check out late after we got caught up chatting over breakfast. They also rescued me from my late night battle with the door lock. Highly recommend for anyone who loves good food and welcoming people.

"It's all in the details."
Everything
Such a warm and wonderful welcome after a tricky day, a very early start and Georgina went above and beyond to welcome me to her beautiful home.
I was really hungry as arrived late and Georgina so very kindly made me some food which I cannot tell you meant the world to me.
The facilities were stunning and the bed super comfortable. It is all in the details which at every turn were perfect.
The breakfast was above and beyond anything I have experienced before.
Thank you for everything I will definitely be staying again.

"Brilliant B&B experience in Fulham"
Fantastic stay in a wonderful home, enjoying Georgiana's heartfelt and sincerely outstanding hospitality. Rooms are very well appointed, very comfortable beds, breakfast was excellent, and the attention to detail quite remarkable. We thoroughly enjoyed it and felt at home.

"A hidden gem in a beautiful part of London"
A clean, well-kept private character property in a nice area with places to eat nearby and with public transport and the river boat service all close by. The hosts, Georgiana and Julia, provide a very welcoming, personal kind of service with lots of extra touches you won't get in a standard hotel.

"Perfect Guesthouse Stay in London"
Georgiana's Guesthouse is brilliant. The rooms are cozy and well-decorated, the breakfast is superb, but best of all is the hospitality shown by Georgiana and her wonderful daughter Julia. Everyone here is treated like family and they go out of their way to make sure that not only your stay at the guesthouse is perfect, but that your time in London is wonderful. Both Georgiana and Julia are more than happy to suggest restaurants, attractions, etc... during your stay. It is also located in a lovely quiet neighborhood very near public transportation. Look no further during your stay in London. Can't wait to return!

"Exceptional"
A little oasis of a guesthouse in London. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home and comfortable. We only had a quick visit, so missed out on G&T's on the garden with Georgina... we'll save that for the next time we are staying in London.
