"Hot but clean and convenient flat in a nice area of London"
They clearly care about their customers. They responded to any questions and concerns very quickly. We saw there had been some maintenance issues raised by previous customers, but these have been resolved (bathroom floor, shower head) or mitigated (they put fans and air con in the flat to deal with the heat). It's in a good location with easy access to central London and many good restaurants, cafes, convenience stores and supermarkets nearby.
What could be improved: As others have pointed out, it is a hot flat, but in fairness the whole building is hot - you feel it the moment you walk in, so clearly it is a design issue that the owners can't do anything about. If we came in the winter, we'd probably give it 10/10. The flat is as advertised, it is hard to find much fault.

The flat was clean, equipped, few minutes from the overground station. However we had issue getting the door code, the staff was helpful to solve the problem asap.

The ambience, location & layout of the apartment.
What could be improved: It was very hot like heater was on,the place could do with air conditioning. Then there was no blender provided. The smaller room had no table to even put a few things.

I loved everything! It's an amazing place! My sister and her husband came from America to see me and my 3 kids. My sister and I saw each other after 17 years . It was really a blessing to have this big space to share with my family. We had a beautiful time! The entry passcode, etc . It is easy and safe..
What could be improved: It's not a big deal, but the family bathroom extractor fan doesn't work, and it needs to be fixed ASAP.

"Acceptable but would look elsewhere next time"
The property was well proportioned although possibly a little small (lounge) for a full house (5 people). Location was good for transport but very noisy.
What could be improved: Ensuite shower was not functioning - taps were jammed and the shower headset holder was falling off. Taps on the sink were jammed. Kitchen sink taps dripped and were not functioning correctly. No kitchen cleaning cloths supplied, no kitchen wipes, a sink plug or washing up liquid provided. Lots of coffee mugs but few glasses. Walls were full of dirty finger marks and what look liked snot scraped down some areas. Main bathroom floor is a major trip hazard as there is clearly some issue which has been badly covered by vinyl installation. Superficially clean, but actually in need of a major deep clean and refurbishment.

"Ein schöner Aufenthalt"
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet. 1 Schlafzimmer mit direkt zugänglichem Duschbad und ein weiteres Bad im Flur mit Badewanne. Nach unserer Rundreise konnten wir die Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner gut nutzen. Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Tee und Kaffeezubehör reichlich vorhanden. Der Zugang mit Code hat super funktioniert. 2 Bushaltestellen direkt am Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
What could be improved: Das versprochene Kinderreisebett war leider nicht vorhanden. Im Haus und in der Wohnung ist es sehr warm.

"Ogólnie wyjazd był w porządku."
2 łazienki, pełne wyposażenie pozwalające na dłuższy pobyt, bliskość komunikacji miejskiej. Wygodne łóżka.
What could be improved: Brak klimatyzacji połączony z silnym dogrzewaniem mieszkania przez boiler, co w połączeniu z dużym nasłonecznieniem przypominało raczej duchotę z południa Europy, a nie UK. Otwarcie okien niewiele pomaga, a potęguje problem hałasu z bardzo ruchliwej ulicy. Nieszczelne krany w kuchni i obu łazienkach - duże trudności z ich dokręceniem, zniszczona podłoga w łazience z wanną i brak półek na kosmetyki.
