FiveM Notting Hill
First Impressions
FiveM Notting Hill sits on this gorgeous tree-lined square in Bayswater that honestly feels more like a residential secret than a tourist zone. The Victorian townhouse facade doesn’t scream “hotel” — which is exactly what I loved about it. You’re basically staying in what feels like an upscale London home, complete with those classic white stucco walls and black iron railings that make every Instagram shot look effortlessly chic.
The Neighborhood
Here’s what nobody tells you about this part of London — you’re literally two minutes from Hyde Park’s northeast corner, but without the chaos of Oxford Street crowds. Princes Square itself is this quiet residential pocket where you’ll see locals walking their dogs and heading to the corner shop. The Bayswater tube station is maybe a three-minute walk, and you’ve got both the Central and Circle lines right there, which means you can get pretty much anywhere without the usual London transport headaches.
The Room Experience
The room I stayed in had this really thoughtful mix of contemporary comfort and subtle nods to the building’s Victorian bones. What struck me was how they managed to fit everything you actually need without making the space feel cramped — and anyone who’s stayed in London hotels knows that’s no small feat. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, with one of those rainfall showers that actually has decent water pressure (you’d be amazed how rare that is in older London buildings).
Daily Rhythms
The four-star service here feels more personal than corporate, if that makes sense. Staff actually remember your name after the first day, and they’re genuinely helpful with neighborhood recommendations rather than just pointing you toward the obvious tourist spots. I mean, the front desk guy told me about this brilliant little café around the corner on Moscow Road that I never would’ve found otherwise — it’s those kinds of touches that make a difference.
Why Guests Love It
What really works about FiveM Notting Hill is how it strikes this balance between feeling like you’re staying somewhere special without being overly fussy about it. You’re close enough to Notting Hill proper to wander over for dinner or weekend market browsing, but you come home to this peaceful square where you can actually hear birds instead of traffic. For the price point and location, it’s honestly one of the better choices in this part of London — especially if you want that authentic residential neighborhood vibe rather than the typical hotel district experience.
You'll need to let the property know in advance what time you'll arrive.
