Each bedroom has decent storage space, and the living area gives you somewhere to actually relax without feeling like you’re sitting on your bed all the time. The furnishings aren’t fancy, but they’re comfortable and clean, which is what you really need after a day of walking around the city.

West Hampstead Neighborhood

Here’s where staying here gets interesting — West Hampstead is one of those areas that feels properly residential but isn’t cut off from everything. The Jubilee line gets you to central London in about 20 minutes, and there’s actually decent coffee shops and pubs within walking distance. I particularly like that you’re close enough to Hampstead Heath for weekend walks, but you’re not paying Hampstead prices. "blissful place to come “home” after a day in London and a comfortable place to start your day."
The garden apartment was a lovely place for our family of 4, there was plenty of space and the apartment bordered a beautiful accessible garden. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet with lots of green areas (and a fox spotted!) and with public transportation nearby you could go easily in any direction.
What could be improved: For some reason, the rental company does not want to provide kitchen towels, so don't forget to bring them. In terms of cleanliness standards it was sufficient for us, but someone with strict standards may find it insufficient, especially in the kitchen there were a few work points.

"Spacious 3 bed flat w/ huge garden provided us a great place to unwind after daily touring w/kids!"
The street is very residential yet only 10 minutes walk from the hustle and bustle around West Hampstead station or Finchley Road station. Also, the garden of the property is huge and very good when you are travelling with kids.
What could be improved: The listing said that toiletries would be provided (shampoo, body soap, hand wash for bathroom) but they weren't. Not a big deal but would be good to know in advance so we can be prepared.

"Apartment in a lovely neighbourhood with a big garden"
The apartment was in a very nice neighbourhood, the communication with the owner was very good, always responded quickly and we could leave oir luggage in the apartment for a few more hours after check out which was very comfortable. The apartment was nice and spacious with a lovely garden.
What could be improved: The apartment wasn’t clean enough and the matresses weren’t very comfortable. If you have allergies or asthma I don’t recommend this place.

What could be improved: Just a couple of small things. The blind didn’t work in one of the bedrooms and there were no curtains in the living room (as there’s a sofa bed it may be worth thinking about?). Dry towels and bedding in washing machine, presumably from the previous guest and no tea towels that we could find.

A leafy quiet suburb, lovely houses, quiet street, easy walk or Uber to a number of underground stations. 10 mins Uber from Paddington. Lovely secluded garden. Good communication with hosts before arrival.
What could be improved: Couldn’t find a tea towel. Only one Bath/shower/toilet room.

"Save for the concern on damaged property, we enjoyed our stay. Great value for money!"
The host provided us with instructions few days before our arrival in the property. They are very helpful in locating the property and in collecting the property keys. A day after we arrived, the host also checked on us and reminded us with the house rules. The property was clean when we arrived. We appreciate that the property has all the things we needed. The location is really good as it is few minutes away from the bus stop and train station. It is also near the market area and restaurants. The rooms are very spacious. They also have a sofa bed in the living room. There is also internet in the property and it's working well. Overall, the property met our expectations and needs.
What could be improved: The inspection of the property was done after we left. There is no way to contest the matters raised. Also, some of their facilities were old. We just feel that one can get unlucky and be required to pay for a damaged item when the same has greatly depreciated over time. Sadly for us, after replying to their queries, we did not anymore receive any feedback. Despite sending follow up emails, I have not received any reply. I am yet to receive our deposit and I have not heard from them. Still in quandary if we will still be refunded.

Location was great for transport. Also peaceful locations Rooms were spacious. Key facilities were all there Host communication was plentiful and clear. Bathroom has walk in shower and a bath.
What could be improved: Kitchen needs a deep clean, and oven didn’t work. Front bedroom let a lot of sound in at night (albeit only at pub closing times) No curtains in living room.
