Exclusive 3 Bedroom Duplex Notting Hill and Holland Park
First Impressions
The Exclusive 3 Bedroom Duplex Notting Hill and Holland Park sits on Royal Crescent, which honestly feels like one of those streets you’d accidentally stumble upon and then spend twenty minutes trying to find again. It’s this gorgeous Georgian terrace that somehow manages to be both grand and understated — you know, proper London elegant without being stuffy. Walking up to the building, I was struck by how quiet it felt despite being right in the heart of one of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods.
The Space That Wins You Over
This four-star duplex actually feels more like staying in a friend’s incredibly stylish home than a typical hotel apartment. The layout flows beautifully across two floors, with each of the three bedrooms offering its own character — the master upstairs has these wonderful period features, while the ground floor rooms feel more contemporary. The kitchen is what really sold me though; it’s fully equipped and spacious enough that you could actually cook a proper meal, not just heat up takeaway.
Location Magic
Here’s what I love about this spot — you’re literally between Notting Hill and Holland Park, which means you get the best of both worlds. Holland Park itself is maybe a three-minute walk, and it’s one of those London gems that locals guard jealously (the Japanese garden there is absolutely worth the detour). Portobello Road is close enough for Saturday market wanderings, but far enough that you won’t be dealing with tourist crowds outside your door every day.
Living Like a Local
The duplex setup means you really do feel like you’re living in London rather than just visiting. There’s proper storage space, a dining area where you can spread out maps and plan your day, and — this might sound small but it matters — good lighting throughout. I mean, so many London accommodations seem to think one dim bulb per room is sufficient. The bathrooms are modern and well-designed, with decent water pressure (again, not always a given in period London buildings).
Why Guests Love It
What sets this place apart is how it balances space, location, and that hard-to-define feeling of belonging somewhere. You’re not crammed into a hotel room, but you’re also not dealing with the quirks of staying in someone’s actual home. The hosts clearly understand what travelers actually need — reliable WiFi, blackout curtains, and a coffee machine that works properly. Plus, having three bedrooms means it works brilliantly for families or groups of friends who want to stay together without being on top of each other.
You'll need to let the property know in advance what time you'll arrive.
