"Superb"
Great property for couple plus son and our dog. Garden would be fab in summer. Park to walk in opposite. Off street parking a great bonus. V comfy bed. Lovely hot shower.
What could be improved: Would definitely stay again… a couple of things would be nice next time.. directions for arriving in the dark, a couple more soft pillows.. and instructions on how to use the fancy coffee machine! A thicker topper on the sofa bed. Otherwise our stay was great.

Location perfect for Burgess Park. Bedroom was super comfy. Parking a bonus. Great comms from the host.
What could be improved: A tea towel would have been useful! Sofa bed was apparently a little lumpy but my co-guest missed that there was an extra duvet to lay ontop of the mattress.
