The location is good very close to shops, bus stop and train station. The apartment was clean, and the kitchen had all the wares to make life easy.
What could be improved: I wish the toilet and bathroom were ensuite and that I didn't have to go out of the door to access them. But I guess it is what I paid for and shouldn't complain much. Although I didn't get to know this until after I paid. Perhaps more information about it should be provided to prospective customers early in the booking process.

"A very convenient place to stay in outer london"
The location was perfect for a quiet stay while being close to all the shops, transport (buses/metro), and a big park. The Kitchen was just fantastic - with three separate work stations for each set of people in different en suite rooms.
What could be improved: The washers and dryers could be in a separate room that the TV lounge

Excellent location, wonderful hosts, clean and tidy. There was a comfort problem with the mattress, they replaced it for us the next day. We are sure we will be back!

The location was the best. It was central to all the stations.The room was clean and had everything you needed. The kitchen was very useful.
What could be improved: Our room was in the loft. It had ceilings where u could bang your head. Also had to climb two levels with heavy bags. No lifts. The room was spacious for two people not three. Also on a hot day it was very hot.
