London Amazing Studio – Great Location is one of those places that doesn’t try to be fancy, and honestly, that’s exactly what I liked about it. The moment you step into this three-star property on Fairbridge Road, you get the sense that someone actually thought about what travelers need rather than what looks good in photos. It’s a straightforward studio setup in Islington — nothing pretentious, just practical and surprisingly well thought out.
The Space
The room itself is compact but clever, which you kind of expect in London anyway. What struck me was how they managed to fit everything without making it feel cramped — there’s a proper kitchenette that actually works (I made coffee and toast without any drama), and the layout flows better than studios twice the price. The bed’s comfortable enough, and you know what, sometimes that’s all you really need after walking around the city all day.
Islington Neighborhood
Here’s the thing about the location — Fairbridge Road might not sound glamorous, but it puts you right in the heart of one of London’s most livable neighborhoods. You’re a short walk from Finsbury Park station, which gets you into central London in about 15 minutes. More importantly though, you’re surrounded by the kind of local cafes and pubs that tourists usually miss. There’s this brilliant little market nearby where locals actually shop, not just snap photos.
What Actually Matters
I mean, let’s be real about what this place offers. The WiFi works reliably, the shower has decent pressure, and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase. The neighborhood feels safe to walk around at night — I grabbed dinner from the Turkish place down the street around 10 PM without giving it a second thought. These might sound like basic things, but you’d be surprised how many places get the fundamentals wrong.

Look, this isn’t going to wow you with marble lobbies or turn-down service, but it delivers on what matters most when you’re exploring London. The area gives you that authentic residential feel while keeping you connected to everything you actually want to see. At this price point in this city, finding somewhere that checks all the practical boxes while putting you in a genuinely interesting neighborhood — well, that’s actually pretty remarkable.

Good for having a bed and a quiet place . Nice area. Well connected to bus, tube and supermarkets. no clothes horse for washed laundry and no closet. there is only a clothes rack. With some hangers. it’s not really possible to see whats happening outside., one window is on the ceiling the other in an aisle behind the clothes rack . Table is small but ok for one person for working with a laptop or eating. wifi works . kitchen is ok for preparing little meals. washing machine is small, but works.well. everything is clean, Fernando is outstanding friendly and helpful.

Very well priced for London, clean, comfortable and warm. Great view of the NYE fireworks, close to stations and buses.
Easy to get to from town and both main airports.
What could be improved: I’d preface this by saying nothing in London is cheap so just don’t expect the same quality and value for money as other cities. As such the below are just things you should be aware of rather than negatives.
It’s on the 3rd floor up about 6 flights of very narrow stairs.
It’s also very small (typical of London).
Be careful of the hot water, it’s very hot and could easily burn.

"Overall very nice place to stay if you are visiting London."
Clean, cozy, and good location apartment. I was staying here to visit London with my friend for 3 days, at first we were a bit sceptical about the location, but it was great, bus stops were 5min away and metro was 15min. The host was great, gave very clear instructions.
What could be improved: Mattress underneath the sheets were a bit dirty, but everything else was clean.👍🏻

"Good experience overall"
The rooms were clean and tidy. Mr Fernando was very helpful and prompt in attending to our request. I initially booked studio 7 but didn't know it was on the last floor. It was hell climbing the stairs due to back pain. The room was clean and spacious, but the ceiling was low. It looked converted. I mentioned my back pain to Fernando, and he assisted in relocating us to Studio 1.
The location is good. Close to train stations and bus stops. Also, there are shops around walking distance. The area was safe
What could be improved: Studio 1 was so small. We hardly found space for our legs. Mattress is not good atal. Needs changing. I could feel the springs, and I didn't get good sleep because of that. Studio 7 is converted, and the ceiling is low for a tall person(s). The shower sliding door was stiff to open. We reported it to Mr Fernando.

"Very reasonable and good enough."
Plenty of space and the studio itself was clean.
What could be improved: The carpet in the communal hallway was dirty and had some building materials in it, it's easy to sort and needs to be done on a regular basis. Also the shower door was broken and the bathroom sink was clogged and took an age to empty. Easy fixes really. The mattress felt like a low to mid range IKEA mattress, but for three nights was good enough.
