The location is perfect, offering easy access to the Elizabeth line and DLR station. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. I love the apartment so much! It really looked like the pictures from the website , even better actually! Really clean and comfortable! The apartment had a great view !The location was so nice literally less than 5mins walk from station . And there’s tescos nearby, restaurants cafe. A really great location! Plus we had problems with our WiFi and our hosts managed to send someone to resolve the issue so quick, really impressed! And they’re very responsive as well ! Overall a very good stay for me!

Close proximity to train stations, Tesco and other shops, IFS cable car is nearby. The accommodation has some level of security, no noise. All the appliances worked as expected.

Spacious and clean. Good facilities. Excellent location.
What could be improved: Pillows on the bed were too small and thin! A pity as the bed itself is very comfortable. If this os rectified then the place is 10/10!

"A comfortable and relaxed stay."
The proximity to tube station was very good. The property was very spacious and clean.
What could be improved: The soda bed was a little uncomfortable and there were no curtains on the main balcony which made it very hot because of the sunlight coming in l. The shower curtains were very fragile and fell down easily . The washing machine was broken which made it difficult to do laundry.
