"Welcoming and helpful host!"
Raphael is a wonderful host! He communicates quickly and provides tips, solutions and is very helpful. We had a problem with heating and he was looking for ways to resolve it. Even though it involved a visit from a technician, he arranged it at once. This makes a great impression! The place is very well located and easily accessible from King's Cross station. Place is as in the pictures, clean and equipped for comfortable stay. I would recommend it especially for a larger group (up to 7 people).
What could be improved: There are aspects that come with the location and that should be considered. There is noise made by trains coming by. However the noise stops from midnight until approximately 6 am, so most of the night it is okay.

"Good location and facilities for price."
Self-check in. The location is excellent with a bus stop nearby (although shut later in the stay due to roadworks). Amenities are all here. Large number of rooms suitable for large group.
What could be improved: A plank near the fridge is sticking up and is a trip hazard. The seal around the freezer also have a gap. The bathroom is cramped. Also the noise from the underground trains are a bit distracting in the basement (but they will stop after the last train).

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment near Kings Cross Station. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to transportation and local attractions. The apartment was spacious, providing plenty of room for my family, which is quite rare in London. The fast internet connection was a huge plus, and the fully equipped kitchen made our stay even more convenient. The place was also spotless upon our arrival, which we really appreciated. Additionally, the hosts were friendly and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay in London.

"ESTANCIA CORRECTA"
El alojamiento estaba bien ubicado, cerca de una de las estaciones principales, mucha oferta gastronómica alrededor y varios supermercados cerca. Estaba limpio y ordenado. El vuelo de vuelta lo teníamos bastante tarde y los dueños nos dejaron hacer el check out más tarde sin problemas
What could be improved: La calle no era de la más limpia de Londres, las papeleras brillan por su ausencia. Vimos algunos indigentes por la calle. Aún así la zona es segura.

Très bien situé à 10 minutes de St Pancras et des accès métro. La communication avec Raphaël a été super. Il s'est montré très réactif, très arrangeant et très sympa.
What could be improved: Le quartier n'est pas très propre, on a trouvé assez choquant de mettre les poubelles directement sur le trottoir mais cela semble être la norme. Cela dit, elles sont enlevées quotidiennement. L'isolation du logement pourrait largement être améliorée. En particulier côté bruit parfois très présent.
