"Close to the tube, shops in close proximity"
Staff were on hand to fix issues promptly
What could be improved: Some parts a bit tired, needed more towels. One of the windows didn’t lock however this was fixed after it was raised.

"A quiet place."
The beds were comfortable, it was a large flat, the kitchen was brand new. The oven, microwave and washing machine worked well. There was a large sofa a TV with Netflix channel and free WiFi. There was a large balcony. It's in a quiet aerea with supermarkets and a market hall. The metro station is served by the Piccadilly line.
What could be improved: The building didn't have a lift. Our flat was on the first floor. There was no air conditioning but electric fans. It's far away from the city centre.
