Overview
First Impressions
Cosy Room3 in London Kings Cross isn’t your typical hotel — it’s actually more like staying in someone’s thoughtfully designed home. This unique boutique hotel without official star rating sits on King’s Cross Road, and honestly, the name pretty much tells you everything you need to know. It’s cosy, it’s intimate, and you’re getting exactly what’s advertised: a well-appointed room in one of London’s most happening neighborhoods.
The Space
The apartment-style setup works really well if you’re tired of cookie-cutter hotel rooms. You’ve got your own little space that feels more like a crash pad than a hotel — which I mean in the best way possible. The design is clean and minimal without being cold, and there’s enough character to make it memorable. You know what I appreciated? The attention to small details that actually matter when you’re settling in for a few days.
Location & Neighborhood
London‘s King’s Cross area has completely transformed over the past decade, and staying here puts you right in the middle of all that energy. You’re walking distance from both King’s Cross and St. Pancras stations — which is incredibly handy if you’re doing day trips or just arrived from the airport. The neighborhood has this great mix of new development and old London character, with plenty of cafés and pubs that locals actually use.
What Works Well
The whole experience feels refreshingly authentic compared to chain hotels in the area. There’s a genuine sense that someone cares about your stay without being overly fussy about it. The pricing makes sense too — you’re getting solid value in a part of town where hotel rates can get pretty steep. I found myself actually wanting to spend time in the space rather than just crashing there between sightseeing.
Why Guests Love It
This place appeals to travelers who want something with personality but don’t need all the bells and whistles. The King’s Cross location means you’re connected to everything — the British Library is practically next door, Camden’s just up the road, and central London is a quick tube ride away. It’s the sort of place that works whether you’re here for business or leisure, especially if you appreciate staying somewhere that feels like it has a story rather than just a corporate booking system.

"Good value, great location"
1) The location was great. Within 10 mins walk to King’s Cross and St Pancreas. It perfect if you have train to catch.
2) The value of the room was great. Basically having everything that you need. The room is facing inner garden, it’s very quiet. Everything pertaining to the room is good, except the bed was too soft.
3) The host is friendly and helpful.
4) The surrounding has mini marts and restaurants. Very convenient.

"Cute and cosy, could be more “user friendly”."
The bedding was soft and cosy. The appartment was well heated. Everything was tidy and cute.
What could be improved: The bed was not very comfortable, there’s no slatted base and you can feel it. Also the doors close by themselves with a spring system and this makes an awful noise. There was also a child in the room above and it kept running everywhere in the early morning, which we heard. Other than that the place was exactly as described so nothing to add here.

"A comfortable stay & well priced aswell."
I liked the layout of the room & the warmth of it aswell. Bed was comfortable & the amenities was good too. The owner was friendly & helpful when I had a slight issue getting access into the building & I also appreciated the correspondence throughout my stay to make sure that my overall stay was comfortable.

"We didn’t get much sleep with the noise from the rooms above and next door. The room itself was nice enough but the bed"
Great location for Kings Cross station.
What could be improved: Very noisy occupants. Very narrow stairwell.

"Comfortable stay!"
Near King's Cross station, making it easy for us to travel around via the Tube. It was raining pretty hard while we got there, and the host was nice enough to check us in earlier so that we can get dry and warm!
What could be improved: Soundproofing is not the best here, so I wouldn't recommend this place to those who are sensitive to noise!
