Euston Station being practically on your doorstep means you can reach most of London without the usual tube gymnastics. King’s Cross St. Pancras is a ten-minute walk, so if you’re doing day trips or catching the Eurostar, you’re sorted. The area has that sweet spot quality — busy enough to have everything you need, but residential enough that you’re not dodging tourist crowds every time you step outside.

What could be improved: TV Did not work. We communicated this but there was no resolution.

"Overall, it is a beautiful apartment with beautiful views. Ease of access to major train stations."
The proximity of the location of the key to the apartment was very good. The attendant was also super friendly and helpful.
What could be improved: The address doesn't necessary help because there were no visible street numbers on the building and it could have helped to know I was looking out for a Tuck shop.

"I would stay again, but come better prepared."
The location was excellent, the host was very supportive, the views were beautiful, the space was generous, and it was wonderfully quiet.
What could be improved: Cleanliness was good, but not perfect — I’d rate it 3 out of 4. The kitchen could use a few more essentials, such as towels for drying hand-washed dishes. Also, there was quite a bit of light in the early morning, so eye masks are a must for light sleepers.

"Initial frustration but overall great accommodation"
Super convenient, close to tube. Had all kitchen amenities needed. Was clean with large bathroom.
What could be improved: Access was delayed by 2hours as cleaners had left keys in apartment. Had to use spare set from convenience store that did not have functioning fob or internal key so had to wait for a resident to let me in to the first door and also internal door to lift. Had to source local luggage storage as plan to drop earlier also fell through due to cleaners accessing apartment earlier than planned. Support staff were relatively responsive but had hands tied. Once I had access, no issues with property at all.

Great location, close to public transportation and a variety of dining options. The kitchen is well equipped.
What could be improved: The matress and pillows were not very comfortable. The WiFi was variable.

"Will be my go to apartment for London"
Luxurious interiors with an excellent locations. Nothing else comes close at this price point. The support from City Relay (apartment managers) is incredible from before you check-in, they go out of their way to ensure a smooth stay.
What could be improved: Nothing as such. The bathroom fittings are old but work.
