"Quiet, clean flat close to shops and restaurants, 30 minutes by tube to central London"
The apartment is located in a lovely quiet area close to many shops, restaurants. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk and the tube station is a 15 minute walk away. It takes approximately 30 to 40 minutes to get to Central London.
What could be improved: Beds were not very comfortable.

Nice and quiet . Large fridge/freezer . Lounge area very spacious .
What could be improved: The double room is to small . Maybe put bunk beds in there and the double bed into the twin room . The chopping boards are very small , maybe larger ones . Better loo roll . As single ply ones don't last very long . Tea towels would have been useful , for self catering . Maybe a bottle of milk for arrival ? A bit more seating in lounge area as if 4 adults be a bit of a squeeze

"Lovely and comfortable stay"
I had a lovely stay in this bright, cosy, and homely apartment. It was very well equipped and spotlessly clean, located on a quiet and tidy street just a short walk from local shops, restaurants, a bus stop, and Tooting Station. The bed was comfy, the towels were fluffy, and the sunny living room with a garden view made it feel extra special. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches from the host – a little welcome surprise of biscuits, milk for tea and coffee, bottled water, and even ice cubes in the freezer! The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, kindly allowing me to stay just for one night. I felt truly welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. So glad I chose this place – highly recommended!

"Amazing stay – spotless, spacious, and perfectly located!"
We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It was absolutely spotless, everything was impeccably clean and tidy, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The space is full of natural light, with sunshine pouring into every room, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. We stayed as a couple, but the apartment is very spacious and would be perfect for families too. It has literally everything you could need, from kitchen utensils to small details, we lacked nothing, even when cooking. The interior is both beautiful and cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. Check-in and check-out were completely seamless, which added to the overall smooth experience. The neighbourhood is lovely, and the location is excellent, just a short walk from the metro station, making it super easy to get around. Highly recommend this place, we’d come back in a heartbeat!

"The flat was a nice space but a few issues and poor communication make it difficult to recommend."
The space itself was nice; looked quite newly decorated and had a good kitchen and particularly liked the spacious living/dining area. Comfortable beds in the rooms. Nice location too, the street itself was quiet but easily walkable to cafés, pubs & restaurants at Tooting Broadway, plus underground station and busses nearby.
What could be improved: A few issues with the flat itself; shower was a good pressure but none of our group could get it to run cooler (not scalding but uncomfortably hot for us), the window in the double room doesn't open (the weather was warm during our stay so quite unpleasant), and the needlessly complicated light switches were annoying! I didn't find communication the best either. Got a lot of, I'm assuming, auto-generated messages with bits missing from the information, and didn't get the lockbox code until about 10mins before earliest check-in time (though I had said we were planning on getting there at 4) which was a bit of a worry on the day we were travelling there.
