Overview
First Impressions
When I first walked into Charming 1 Bedroom Flat with Private Patio – West London, Kensington, Earl’s Court, Chelsea, I was honestly surprised by how spacious it felt for a London flat. The name’s a bit of a mouthful, but it pretty much tells you everything — this four-star place really does cover some of the best neighborhoods in west London. The private patio was the first thing that caught my eye, which is rare to find in this part of town.
Location & Getting Around
You know what’s great about staying on Seagrave Road? You’re actually positioned between multiple amazing areas without being stuck in any single tourist trap. Earl’s Court tube station is just a few minutes’ walk, and from there you can reach Kensington’s museums in about ten minutes or pop over to Chelsea for dinner. I mean, having Fulham Broadway nearby also gives you some excellent pub options that most visitors never discover.
The Space Itself
The apartment has this lovely lived-in feel without being worn down — if that makes sense. The bedroom is properly sized (not one of those London “bedrooms” where you can barely fit a suitcase), and the living area flows nicely into a compact but functional kitchen. What really sold me was that patio though — it’s not huge, but having any outdoor space in central London feels like winning the lottery.
The Neighborhood Experience
This area has character, which I really appreciate. You’ll find proper local cafes mixed in with the occasional high-end spot, and the streets have that quintessential London feel without being overrun with tour groups. There’s a Tesco Express nearby for essentials, but also some fantastic independent shops if you want to explore. The walk to South Kensington takes about fifteen minutes, and honestly, it’s one of those pleasant London walks where you actually enjoy the journey.
Why Guests Love It
I think what makes this place work is the balance — you get the independence of having your own flat with the comfort of being in a well-connected area. The patio becomes your little sanctuary after a day of sightseeing, and having a proper place to prepare breakfast or store groceries just makes the whole London experience more relaxed. It’s not flashy or over-designed, but it gives you exactly what you need to feel at home in one of the city’s best areas.

"great stay, just a bit tricky to get in"
well equipped flat especialy in the kitchen. would be great if you have bath mat available .
What could be improved: For my opinion it was too many steps to get in the house. never spend so much time to check in, that is something I would make it more easier for clients.

"Great location, well maintained and decorated apartment. Very comfortable and clean."
Great location and spotlessly clean.
Well stocked kitchen with utensils and everything you need.
Street outside was a little noisy but thats to be expected on a Saturday night and a football match night.
Couldn’t hear anything from the bedroom so slept really well!

"Very good place to stay, central, clean and good value for money"
The was well located yet quiet, clean and comfortable, had everything you need for a short stay
What could be improved: Basic salt, sugar would have been beneficial. It was a cold weekend and the heating went off, but the host reacted promptly and all worked fine after that.

"Great spot for a small family to call home for the week."
Great location close to train station, pubs and restaurants. Little balcony was nice to sit out at.
What could be improved: No ac and only 1 fan during the heat wave. Could use a deep clean in the bathroom. Would be nice to have coffee available and a few more kitchen staples.

"Very good"
Great location, just around the corner from the tube station and across the street from a shop.
What could be improved: Neighbors were pretty loud and the kettle definitely needs to be cleaned with some vinegar. It looked so gross inside.

"Fabulous apartment"
From the time of booking the communication from the apartments was brilliant. They don't just have messaging on booking.com but also via what's app. Myself and my son arrived in London from South Wales and we're about 45 minutes early and a quick message allowed us to check in just before the 2pm time. I know this is dependent on if the cleaners have finished but it was really appreciated after travelling from 6am that morning. They have a clear guide book that you can download with easy instructions to use everything from wi fi, key safe box and the apartment in general. They provide an exceptionally clean apartment with everything you need. I used the main bedroom and my son had a double bed in the sitting room that was very easy to set up. Plenty of bedding and pillows provided. They have a smart tv with acces to all apps such as netflix, BBC ect. It's only a 3 minute walk to the nearest tube station and there is a local shop directly opposite for little bits like milk and bread and drinks. Honestly I would definitely recommend this place and as I do come to London a few times a year I would return to stay here again. Fabulous.
What could be improved: No complaints.
