"Exceptional"
The flat had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. The managing team responded quickly, and the area felt very safe with lots of shops and cafés nearby. Tube access was excellent, only a few minutes away, making travel around London super simple. Overall, a great base for our holiday

Had everything we needed. The agent was very helpful. Very near shops & bus/tube stops.
What could be improved: The TV wasn't connected to wifi & the remote wasn't working well. An upgrade would sort that out.

Well maintained and clearly looked after and well equipped apartment. Such a great location - well situated for easy public transport links to explore London, and also, local shops available eating in.
What could be improved: There is traffic noise, but it’s London, so no surprises.

Very comfortable, clean. Exceptional personel, especialy host, he was making sure that our stay was as pleasant as it can be through all our stay. Very good location, there are lots of bus stops near, as well as one of metro stations.

"Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay in a great location."
The apartment was clean and well-maintained, conveniently located near the tube station with a supermarket close by. The staff were friendly and helpful.
What could be improved: The room could get a bit noisy due to street traffic. Also, the windows only had basic roller blinds, which let in quite a bit of light from the sides—blackout curtains would be a big improvement for sleep quality.
