First Impressions
Honestly, when I first walked up to Central Guest Studio – En-Suite – Vibrant London, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from the name alone. But once you step inside this apartment-style accommodation in Camden, it all makes sense — it’s got that perfect blend of central location and home-away-from-home comfort that’s actually pretty hard to find in this part of town.
Location & Neighborhood
You know what’s great about staying here? You’re right in the heart of Camden without being stuck on the chaos of the High Street. The postcode NW3 puts you in that sweet spot where you can walk to Camden Market in about ten minutes, but you’re also close enough to Hampstead Heath when you need some green space. I mean, having both the Northern line and buses practically outside your door — that’s the kind of connectivity that actually matters when you’re trying to see London properly.
The Studio Space
The studio itself surprised me with how well thought-out everything was. It’s not huge, but whoever designed this place understood that travelers need functional space more than flashy extras. The en-suite bathroom is compact but perfectly adequate, and there’s enough room to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. What I really appreciated was having a proper kitchenette — not just a mini-fridge and kettle situation, but actual cooking facilities when you want to grab groceries from the nearby Sainsbury’s.
The Camden Experience
Living here for a few days gave me a real taste of what Camden’s about beyond the tourist bits. There’s this excellent little café called Ginger & White just down the road that does proper coffee (locals queue there, which tells you everything), and you’re walking distance to some genuinely good pubs that aren’t trying to be trendy. The Roundhouse is close by if you’re into live music, and honestly, just wandering around this area in the evening gives you that authentic London neighborhood feeling.
Why Guests Love It
This four-star spot works because it gets the basics absolutely right without trying to be something it’s not. You’ve got your own space, reliable WiFi, a comfortable bed, and you’re staying somewhere that feels like London rather than just any city. The 8.9 rating makes sense when you consider what most people actually want — clean, comfortable, well-located, and reasonably priced for what you get. Plus, there’s parking available if you’re driving, which in Camden is honestly a small miracle.

Property is within 5 minutes walk to Finchley road station, big supermarket very close and convenient . Excellent instructions how to collect the keys, felt very safe inside the property . Person I dealt with answered my question and promptly let me know why I had no hot water and how to turn on the hot water system. It was good to have a fridge and kettle and a couple of plates and cutlery too.
What could be improved: 67 stairs to get to the room on the very top floor. Room quite noisy at night ( traffic and police sirens) being on the main road but that is expected in London. Wish there was a microwave and a small TV unit .

"Superb"
Very nice room with lovely, thoughtful little extras that make a big difference. The fun size chocolates and snacks were so nice. Great to have a fridge and quality eating and drinking utensils too. Overall, a very pleasant place to rest for the night.
What could be improved: We had a bit of trouble getting through the front gate. Also, going up the stairs, it was a bit of a mystery which room was ours... Until we got to the top... Hopefully we disturbed anyone! 😅

Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and communication with the host was excellent throughout my stay. The property was spotless, well-presented, and beautifully decorated. The location was convenient and easy to reach, and even while staying alone, I felt completely safe. I’ll definitely be rebooking for my next trip to London. The area had plenty of cafés and transport links nearby, making it the perfect base for exploring London. A full five stars!

"Clean & comfortable"
The hosts communication was exceptional. He was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Close to supermarkets, easy walk to 2 Jubilee line tube stations, bus stops just outside.
What could be improved: Not a quiet location with the A41 outside. Fairly basically appointed room with no cooking facilities.

"Great location and welcoming host"
Our host was very friendly and accomodating, they replied quickly to any questions we had and did everything they could to help us enjoy our stay. The location is perfect for a weekend visit of London in my opinion (very close to Finchley Road Station, within walking distance to Primrose Hill and Camden Market).
What could be improved: Finchley Road is a busy and noisy environment, as are many other places in London, just make to sure to be mentally prepared for it! Also note that there are some stairs to climb to get to the studio and no elevator.
