You’re literally steps from some of London’s most famous museums — I mean, the Natural History Museum is practically next door. The building itself has that classic South Kensington charm, though it’s clearly been updated for modern apartment-style stays.
The Space
This three-star apartment feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a traditional hotel. The one-bedroom setup works brilliantly if you want your own space — there’s a proper kitchen with everything you need for simple meals, which actually saves you quite a bit when London restaurant prices start adding up. The Netflix mention in the name isn’t just marketing fluff either; they’ve got it ready to go, and after walking around South Ken all day, you’ll appreciate being able to collapse and binge-watch something.
Location & Getting Around
You know what’s great about Cromwell Road? Sure, it can be busy, but you’re connected to everything. Gloucester Road tube station is a quick walk, putting you on the Piccadilly, District, and Circle lines. I found myself popping over to Hyde Park for morning walks, then heading into Central London without any hassle. The area has that perfect mix — residential enough to feel local, but with all the tourist attractions you actually want to see.
Security & Practical Bits
The 24/7 security they mention is legit and gives you peace of mind, especially if you’re not familiar with London. There’s parking available too, though honestly, I’d skip the car rental — this location means you really don’t need one. The building feels safe and well-maintained, which matters when you’re staying somewhere that’s more like a residential setup than a traditional hotel with front desk staff around the clock.

Look, this isn’t going to wow you with fancy amenities or over-the-top service, but it delivers exactly what it promises. You get independence, a proper base in one of London’s best neighborhoods, and the kind of setup that works whether you’re here for three days or three weeks. "Overall a pleasant experience, but some stuff could definitely be made better!"
The location was great, and was very convenient to check-in. The hosts are very easy to talk to, and they are very helpful to repair and replace things if and when there are issues. It's a good apartment for a long stay with very usable facilities. Sofa set is very comfortable, and having netflix & primevideo was also a plus.
What could be improved: The state of the pots and pans (cookware) in the kitchen could be replaced! The cookware we had was old, rusted and dirty which is not safe to cook in! The hosts were kind enough to purchase replacements, but unfortunately they were of the cheap variety, so also got damaged after cooking in them twice or so. Also, even though the space is advertised for 3-4 people, it can comfortably accommodate only 2, or a family of 3 with a small child. Any more than that and the place starts to get cramped.

"Great for a central London trip"
Good location near Kensington High Street, Hyde Park and Earl's Court Road. Very secure with on-duty porter. Bed was comfortable and washing machine was handy.
What could be improved: No place for 2 people to eat together (a breakfast table but only one chair). Could have used more dishes and cookwear.

"Good location for Earls Court and amenities, plus easy access to Tube/Bus locations."
The location of the property was excellent, being close to many local amenities and Tube / Bus services. There were plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and major brand stores close by. The lounge sofa was very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker & hob, microwave and kettle. The hosts provided clear information on how to access the property prior to our arrival, and were also contactable during our stay if any problems arose. BBC Earth Experience was a short bus ride away.
What could be improved: Unfortunately, the double bed was uncomfortable and I could feel the mattress springs when sitting on the bed. It would also have been helpful if there had been extra crockery and some teaspoons. The sink plugs in the kitchen and bathroom didn't fit well enough to keep water contained.

"De bons atouts d'emplacement mais un appartement pas assez soigné"
L'emplacement idéal depuis l'aéroport et pour se ballader en Ville. Le bâtiment est très beau avec une sécurité à la réception.
La taille de l'appartement : beaucoup d' espace avec une cuisine + salon ouvert, une chambre à part ce qui est rare pour Londres. Machine à laver, cuisine équipée en ustensiles, il y avait aussi une prise UE et une bouteille d'eau
What could be improved: Au moment du paiement, on a eu peur de d'être escroqués car il fallait faire un virement sur un compte et jusqu' au jour j on avait 0 informations sur la procédure d' arrivée dans l'appartement.
Les codes fournis n'étaient pas les bons (wifi)
Le mobilier de l'appartement est vétuste (bureau de chambre , commode chambre et table basse du salon rayés et très abîmés, poignée de chambre déboitée tombante, pas de volets dans la chambre et les rideaux ne couvrent pas la fenêtre entièrement )
Le canapé avait pleins de miettes. Le balcon abandonné pas entretenu
L'accueil pourrait être meilleur: 1 petit flacon de gel douche pour 3 nuits pour 2 n'était pas suffisant. Pas de café, ni capsule, ni thé, l'appartement si bien équipé manquait de soin pour les invités.

Ubicación muy buena, cerca de la estación de metro Earl's Court y supermerados cerca. El host muy atento en todo momento.
What could be improved: Pasaba aire por debajo de la puerta, pero con la calefaccion el piso estaba calentito en todo momento.

"Für einen Städtetrip solide!"
Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig von der U-Bahn-Haltestelle Earls Court, mit der man in ein paar Minuten in der City ist.
Das Haus scheint ein Apartmenthaus zu sein. Ein Portier hat uns die Türe geöffnet und mit einem Türcode haben wir dann die Wohnung öffnen können.
Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, aufgeteilt und reicht vollkommen für einen Städtetrip aus.
Wir hatten ein Apartment zum Hinterhof, sodass wir von der Hauptverkehrsstraße kaum etwas mitbekommen haben.
Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.
What could be improved: Der Code für die Türe war vorerst falsch, was den Check-In erschwerte. Der Eigentümer half uns aber sehr freundlich telefonisch.
Die zweite Fernbedienung fehlte, um den Fernseher zu bedienen.
Die Fenster und Türen waren leider nicht ausreichend abgedichtet und auch ein Heizkörper funktionierte nicht. Somit war es sehr kalt in der Wohnung.
In der Küche war uns zu wenig Geschirr.
