• The location is great and very convenient. • The rooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained. • The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. • The building is secured with good safety measures. • The bed was comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep.
What could be improved: • The layout of the apartment could be improved; ideally, the living room should be on the ground floor and the bedrooms upstairs. • The staircase is quite steep and uncomfortable – it poses a risk of slipping or falling. • There is no bidet or handheld shower in the bathroom, which might be inconvenient for some guests. • There is no safety deposit box available in the apartment.

The location is excellent. Short walk to the tube transportation station. Building staff are also excellent. The owners are accommodating.
What could be improved: The only suggestion we have is to step up some of the amenities. This should be considered a higher end rental. The cooking equipment is adequate. A few items, like paper towels, colander, and better utensils would enhance the stay. A working TV in the master suite would be nice. There are not any actual complaints, just not the same level we have experienced at similar price point around the world.
