Location & Neighborhood
Swiss Cottage tube station is genuinely close — I’m talking a proper five-minute walk, not one of those “walking distance” claims that leaves you huffing uphill for twenty minutes. The area’s got that residential London feel where you’re sharing the streets with locals heading to work rather than clusters of tourists. There’s a Tesco Express practically around the corner, which becomes incredibly handy when you realize you can actually cook here.
The Space That Works
Three bedrooms mean this place works whether you’re traveling with family or splitting costs with friends. The kitchen is properly equipped — I mean, there’s actual counter space and appliances that look like they’ve been maintained. The living area doesn’t feel cramped, and each room has enough storage that you’re not living out of your suitcase the entire stay.
Why The Details Matter
What I appreciate is how thoughtfully it’s set up. The Wi-Fi actually works throughout the space (tried it from every room, because you know how these things go), and there’s decent water pressure in the shower. The heating responds when you adjust it, and the appliances have clear instructions — small things that make a real difference when you’re settling in for more than a night or two.

"Great place and would stay again in the future."
The property was clean, strategically located with public transportation just minutes away. It had everything we needed to make our stay very pleasant. Any problems we had was quickly answered and the instructions were easy to follow.

"Neat, comfortable and spacious. Excellent location."
Excellent apartment. Very spacious and very clean. It was nice to stay in a non-damp apartment in London where every room had a window. The apartment had everything ones need. Location very convenient, right next to bus stop and tube. Grocery and restaurants around. Extremely comfortable place, I would go back again.
What could be improved: Nothing really.

"Great stay!"
We were a family of 6 adults and the apartment was perfect for our needs for our week in London. Each couple was able to have their own room and the layout afforded privacy. The dining room table was large enough for all of us to eat together and for our nightly card games. The kitchen provided all the accouterments to cook if we wanted to. The apartment was so comfy my husband would have been willing to skip a tour or two!
The location was excellent! On the same block as an underground station so very convenient to the touristy things we were interested in, and there were pubs, restaurants and groceries within walking distance. The host was communicative and provided detailed instructions for entry and operation of appliances. All of us enjoyed our stay. A great value for our budget!
What could be improved: We found the hot water to be extremely hot, and had some difficulty regulating it in the master shower.

Could have used a guide for using the microwave.

"Dream flat for a stay in London !"
A dream flat for a stay in London ! A Spacious flat (we couldn't believe our eyes we were in London), warm, welcoming, beautifully equipped, comfortable king-size beds, quiet.... A real delight. Eveyrthing at hand : 2 minute walk from the subway station, a convenient store nearby and 10 minutes from downtown London. A precious address we keep in mind for our next stay in London. What could be improved: Not easy to find the keys when arriving at night with a box hidden under the bushes. But we quickly forget this inconvenience by opening the door

Que hay un baño con ducha y bañera dentro del mismo baño, un aseo y otro baño con bañera. Eramos 6 y nos facilitó mucho eso.

Große Räumlichkeit, 2 Badezimmer und noch ein extra WC, gut erreichbar mit U-Bahn,
What could be improved: Kontakt mit Gastgeber nur über Email, die Kommunikation war aber gut, telefonischer Kontakt wäre aber auch möglich gewesen.
