"booked this flat but was sent to a totally different one nearby, dodgy goings on..."
dog allowed, friendly sounding host, she organised a parking permit which was convenient
What could be improved: the property we booked was not the one we got: host messaged us a different address in the booking confirmation and offered us 1 bedroom instead of 2; she did reinstate the other bedroom at our request but it all seemed quite dodgy; the flat was dated, previous tennants' mail and rubbish/ recycling about the place; not very clean (floors, entrance area, some kitchen equipment incl. crockery and cutlery, fridge and freezer smelled, gas hob looked ancient, oven similar with all signage rubbed off the dial and seals disintegrating- pretty useless and probably unsafe); no working smoke detectors etc; useless water pressure for shower/ bath and the tiniest wash basin; host asked us to pay an additional fee for alleged dog dirt afterwards although we made sure the place was cleaner when we left than how we'd found it

La casa és amplia i té espai per una familia de 5-6 persones. La propietària va respondre ràpidament les peticions que li vam fer. Estava net. Els llits eren còmodes. Ens interessava allotjar-nos per la zona, tot i que està molt lluny del centre.
What could be improved: La casa estava molt freda amb les finestres obertes. No estava encés el calefactor que regula els radiadors i l'aigua calenta. Quan vam preguntar al dia següent la propietària ens va explicar que s'havia d'encendre l'aparell que ho regula tot, però aquesta informació l'hauriem d'haber tingut abans d'arribar o podrien haber-ho deixat encés per que no estigués tot tant fred.
