"Great value apartment in a quiet building."
Great modern apartment with good facilities. Host also very kindly let me check out late. The location was perfect for me for attending an event at Excel as I could walk there from the apartment in about 15 minutes. Very close to City Airport & DLR too. Londis across the road which seems to stock just about everything. The building was super quiet too which was great. It had virtually everything bar a couple of wine glasses which would be handy to add..
What could be improved: Minor niggle, there's a problem with residents not closing the main apartment block door potentially compromising security. Also, internal apartment lock needs maintenance as does the balcony door difficult to open and close. Probably solved with a bit of WD40. Some of the door handles inside are falling off. That said it would not put me off looking to book again.

Extremely friendly and good communicating host. Spotlessly clean property. Property so cutely decorated and all essential utensils in excellent condition. Complimentary tea and coffees Feels like home way from home! Very safe place.

I loved the area of the of this apartment also liked interior design and the host was extremely understanding snd was quick to answer any questions

"Exceptional and well recommended."
The accommodation was exceptional, had all the needed facilities for a comfortable stay, and the host went out of their way to resolve any challenge promptly. There was a Londis supermarket few steps away, and restaurants close by. Location was a minute walk to the bus stop and 5min walk to the DLR. Overall, a great accommodation option for a family, couple, or solo travelers.

"Perfect"
Very very clean. It looks exactly like the pictures if not better! It’s quite warm inside the building so definitely perfect for winter but there were 3/4 fans in the property plus a balcony for some cool air which was nice. Bottles of water were provided by the host during our stay which I thought was a nice touch and a blanket. The DLR is less that 10 mins walk away & there’s also free parking on the main road right outside the building plus a few shops around for some basic essentials
What could be improved: Maybe it was me but I was unable to open the bedroom window

The apartment was good and kitchen had evrything. The location was very near the railway station. It was well kept. There were shops nearby. The locality seemed good and quiet.
What could be improved: There was some issue with the lock of the balcony. The host did come to see the lock but could not get it repaired. We could not use the balcony during our stay.
