"Perfect in every way."
We were very impressed with the check in. Clifford met us at the apartment and explained everything to us, even though very detailed instructions and information was there at the apartment. Attention to detail in every aspect...... clean, comfortable, stylish, everything you needed was there. I would highly recommend this place as your choice of accomodation.
What could be improved: Can't think of anything at all that we didn't like.

"Awesome! We hope to be back"
It was very clean and just like the pictures on booking.com so no nasty surprises. Clifford met us at check in; helped carry suitcases upstairs and had left milk and juice in fridge, and plenty of toilet paper and capsules for the washing machine. Was a great location in a quiet neighbourhood and under 10 minutes to the tube. Would definitely recommend and book again

Superb location in the Notting Hill area. Walking distance to the famous market. Excellent restaurant next door. Has every amenity you will need. Well appointed.
What could be improved: I was unaware that there are 3 short flights of stairs and no elevator. I was ok , but difficult for my sister. However, managers did tell me that they would provide assistance with luggage.

"Exceptional"
Host was really approachable and helpful. Apartment is clean and spacious, there were even fans which was great during the heatwave. Location of the apartment is in a comfortable neighborhood, convenience store is across the street, and there is a great park nearby for the kids.
What could be improved: Stairs are narrow so it was hard to climb up with the stroller.

"Fantastic well equipped and spacious apartment"
Amazing property and location. Clifford looked after us really well, gave us local recommendations. He even finished the drying for my son’s clothes as we had failed to figure out how the drier worked. Everything was available in the apartment, coffee, milk, water, washing machine capsules. Really well equipped. I could not recommend this more highly.
What could be improved: Nothing. It was fantastic
