This four-star apartment sits right in the heart of one of London’s most dynamic business districts, and you can feel that energy the moment you step outside. The building itself is modern without being flashy, which honestly feels about right for this area.

Location & Getting Around

You know what really sold me on this place? The transport links are absolutely brilliant. Canary Wharf station is practically on your doorstep, which means you’re looking at maybe 15 minutes to get into central London — and I mean proper central, like Bank or Bond Street. The DLR runs constantly during peak hours, so you’re never really waiting around. Plus, if you’re working in the financial district, you can literally walk to most of the major office towers.

The neighborhood itself has this interesting mix going on — during the day it’s all suited professionals grabbing coffee, but evenings and weekends it actually quiets down quite nicely. There’s a Waitrose just around the corner (always a good sign), and the riverside walks along the Thames are genuinely lovely when you need to clear your head.

The Space

Inside, the flat feels properly spacious for London standards — I mean, two actual bedrooms where you can fit more than just a bed. The main room has these floor-to-ceiling windows that let in tons of natural light, which makes a huge difference when you’re staying somewhere for more than just a night or two. The kitchen is fully kitted out, and I actually used it quite a bit since there’s something nice about making your own coffee in the morning rather than hunting for a decent café.

What Works Daily

This place really shines if you’re staying for business or need to be in this part of town regularly. The wifi is solid (I was on video calls without any issues), and there’s enough space to spread out if you’re working from the flat. The building has good security, which you appreciate when you’re coming back late from dinner or drinks in the city. Parking isn’t included, but honestly, you won’t need a car here — everything’s walkable or a quick tube ride away.

Why Guests Love It

What really makes this work is how it feels like staying in a proper London home rather than a hotel room. You’ve got space to actually live a bit, whether that’s cooking breakfast or just having somewhere to sit that isn’t a bed. The 8.3 rating makes sense — it’s not trying to be fancy, but everything works well and the location genuinely can’t be beat if Canary Wharf is where you need to be. For the money, especially if you’re splitting it between two people, it’s actually quite reasonable for this part of London.

"DrRP Kenya"
Very spacious and well lit apartment. Staff very responsive.Location ideal for a holiday maker.
What could be improved: The carpet in the common areas is very dirty which reduces the value of this great apartment.

"A spacious and well-equipped apartment close to the city centre"
The apartment was spacious and larger than expected (2 bedrooms, not just 1 as advertised) It was well equipped (including the kitchen) The tube (DLR) was just a 5-minute walk away, and it was just 3 stops to the city centre (Tower) Nice view of Canary Wharf skyscrapers The noise level was bearable / not main street
What could be improved: The procedure for getting keys was not described on the website; we had to ask. It would be nice to state at least that instructions will arrive 1 day in advance The equipment of the flat was not described/ticked on the website (like towels, hair-dryer, etc.) The width of the beds for two people is smaller than usual (we are used to 2x90=180cm), and the duvet was common for 2 people (we are used to separate for each), but maybe this is usual in the UK. Some small imperfections like missing handles or a loose socket, but nothing serious

"Superb"
La amplitud de la estancia. La relación calidad precio. El menaje y los utensilios. No le faltaba de nada. Todo muy preparado y muy cómodo para 6 personas. Televisión wifi con apps. Ideal para los niños. Muy próximo a la parada del autobús 15 que te llevaba al centro. Y del DLR que es como el metro.
What could be improved: Por poner alguna pega. Al no haber persianas, las cortinas opacas son estrechas y dejaban entrar muchísima luz. A las 5:30 era de día y era muy difícil pegar ojo al nombre llevar antifaz para todos.
