"Decent size rooms. It was okay but not “luxe”"
All three rooms were a decent size, great we had a full size fridge freezer. Windows opened nice and wide for when it was hot and the road was quiet which is great for London. Host was attentive
What could be improved: As soon as you walk in there is a very strong smell.. not too sure what of but it absolutely STANK! But once you were in the apartment you couldn’t smell it, only in the entrance and on the stairs

"Fabulous, well equipped and conveniently located flat for a family visit to London."
Superb communication with host and very smooth process. The flat was comfy and well equipped and was in a superb location - 2 mins walk from train station and supermarkets, cafes, pubs etc. The host went above and beyond, sending our left behind ipad back promptly - very much appreciated. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again when visiting London.

"Exceptional"
The apartment is comfy and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the wifi works well. It is very well connected to central London and surroundings with many bus stops, metro, and train stations (5 minute walk from the apartment). The host was responsive and allowed early check-in, which we appreciated.

"Horrendous - not luxe, a property brought to a minimally livable condition."
It was conveniently located
What could be improved: It was really grimy inside and filthy outside. It is by no means “luxe”, it’s the ‘landlord special’ where “renovation” has been undertaken to a very minimal and cheap standard, and the cleaning has not been done properly. There were broken electrical outlets (which was terrifying with a toddler). The beds were probably the cheapest beds on the market and would completely sink if you would sit on the side, and it was all done to the minimum livable standard.

"Un excellent souvenir dans une rue calme du sud de Londres"
Un logement spacieux, propre et clair, conforme aux photographies. Notre hôte a été réactif est très arrangeant sur les horaires de check-in et de check-out. Logement bien équipé, doté de nombreux miroirs et d'une cafetière, ce qui n'est pas si fréquent à Londres. Appartement tout proche d'un grand supermarché et de la station New Cross Gate (à 35 minutes de St Pancras)
What could be improved: 3 tabourets de bar, c'est un peu juste pour un logement où l'on peut dormir à sept. La réception wifi était cahotique d'un moment à l'autre de la journée, comme si on partageait la connexion avec un autre foyer.

What could be improved: De geur die er hing. De deuren waren vuil. De borden en glazen waren nog eten resten op. Het rubberen matje op gootsteen was vuil. Er stond nog afwas op gootsteen. Badkamer vloer is in slechte staat. Badkamer is zeer klein. Waterkoker vol kalk. Bak onder doorstromer hangt los. Barsten in de muur.op de foto's stond een koffieautomaat, die was er niet.

Die Lage zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel war sehr gut.
What could be improved: Leider entspricht die Wohnung nicht den Bildern. Sie ist bereits ziemlich abgewohnt und sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Das Badezimmer ist verschimmelt, der Duschvorhang total versifft, eine reinste Zumutung! Im ganzen Haus stank es. Erst nachdem wir 24 Std. die Fenster offen hatten, ging es. Die Sauberkeit war eine Katastrophe: Socken vom Vormieter im Schlafzimmer, Reste und Krümel im Kühlschrank, Haare im Badezimmer und noch Wäsche in der Waschmaschine! Diese Wohnung ist definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!
